The only thing that I didn't like was, there was no heater present in the room. As a hotel which is based in a cold region, having a room heater should be must and you shouldn't be asked to pay an extra amount for it.

The staff was very polite and the food was very tasty. It tasted like home.

Location is horrific.. our car got stuck through narrow lanes..really difficult to get there

Location is noisy and had construction going on nearby. It is not easy to reach this location as one needs to take a narrow steep road. Rooms do not have good views at all and overlook other buildings. Heater/Iron etc are not there in the rooms and rooms are average at best for a budget hotel. Rates are on slightly higher side for the quality.

It is an ok hotel, close to mall road. Rooms are clean. Warm water is available. Breakfast was decent though nothing to talk about.

Hospitality was exceptional. The manager helped us arrange our sightseeing tours, taxi and also was a great person to have a chat and know more about Manali in general.

Only one thing, if a hotel of warm places could comes with Air Conditioner why not the hotels of cold places like Manali comes with a room heater..? They asked extra charges for room heater and I think this is not fair as it spoil all the comforts.

Hotel is neat and clean, staffs are professional and supportive easy to reach with mountain view balcony.

Approach road to hotel is narrow. Difficult for a big car or suv to cross.

Cleanliness, hospitality, cooperative staff, scenic view from balcony, close to mall road (walking distance). Hot water availability was an issue but staff immediately acted and arrange hot water road for us.

Booking.com not offering us complementary breakfast. And no heater in the room.

Staff was good and cordial, always ready to help. Hotel was neat and clean. Since i booked from booking.com i didn't got the complementary breakfast which is common for all trebo hotels. Though i called booking.com office they did not do anything for that, that was disappointing. Way to hotel was also little difficult due to one way road. Otherwise the location is good, very close to mall road and few nearby locations

The location on booking.com is wrong. They have parking but you need to drive across a small road which has just enough space for a car. A walking man and a car can't pass side by side

Please note this is a budget hotel in mall road near gurudwara and Near Buddhist temple. All around is hotels so do not expect any scenic View outside.

It's near by Mall road and is a budget hotel, don't expect scenic beauty or any resort facilities. Food is good. Mr. Santram and other staffs are helpful. Tip - You can visit Rohtang @4000 and Atal tunnel is the only way of exit so they will ask you to pay extra 500 for Atal tunnel, simply tell them you want to visit Rohtang and you will exit only through Atal tunnel. Take Auto for Hidimba rather than taxi to avoid traffic delay in city of 2-3 hours. Must Visit Vashishth temple - The journey to steep hill is awesome and you can take beautiful pictures out there.
