They messed up our dinner order completely in spite of we being their only dinner customer at that time. They brought Dal with so much oil ins site of telling less oil. They completely forgot about our salad and yoghurt order. By the time they sent some one to bring the salad vegetables and yoghurt from market, rest of our dinner was long done. The person who checked us out early in the morning was very unprofessional. He was on the phone all the time when I was dealing with him and did not pay any attention to me. Even when he wanted us to pay him Rs 350 for taxi, he just enters the number on a calculator and shows it to me while still busy talking to who knows. Later when we were in taxi, he calls claiming that we have not returned the key. Dude has completely forgotten that I have personally handed him key while he was busy talking on the phone.

Location near Airport is awesome. Compared with unethical behavior I experienced in the past with hotels in Mahipalpur, this hotel was refreshing. They had the room when I went there, did not transfer us to another hotel, charged whatever I had agreed on booking.com and had a reasonable price for the taxi to take us back to airport next day early morning. The room was clean. Both AC and Fan worked well. The staff that dealt with us on the check-in day were very nice and helpful.

That by mistake they call me at the phone of my room while i was sleeping twice 😝😝😝 It can be washed the carpet of the toilet Costumers at any time can be little noisy,even if the room itself is pretty quiet(with earplugs almost don t hear the planes just above the head 🤣🤣🤣)

Primitive surroundings and unpredictable wifi but not really much to complain about for the price.

It's an economy hotel - which comes with its own understanding in India than say, other countries. And yet, it was more than sufficient. Close to the airport, hot water, clean bed.... Staff was quite helpful. Night desk person Rikesh and others were more than willing to help me with questions and assistance.

During the night, a light fixture came crashing down from the ceiling onto my luggage. Had I been standing there . . . The neighborhood is pretty inhospitable to foot traffic. And traffic itself makes the hotel farther away from the airport than it would seem from the map. None of the airport taxi drivers knew where it was. I wound up giving them directions to get there.

A very serviceable guesthouse near the airport with an attached restaurant. Rooms are well-sized with a good bed.

However, also due to its location, it is noisy so I would recommend earplugs to sleep better. It is also located in a very congested traffic zone, so even if it is near the airport, it may take time to reach it/arrive from it.

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport, was clean and overall rather comfortable. The staff was nice and ensured I had the proper instructions to arrive at the hotel. While it may seem a bit sketchy from the outside, I felt safe and would recommend as solo female traveler.

Location is not that good for commute to South and Central Delhi by car as you have to take long 3-4 kms drive to take a U-turn.

It was pleasant stay for me with my family. Staff were very supportive and helpful. Free cab service to Delhi Airport was very helpful. Food from the restaurant was very tasty. I will recommend people to stay in this hotel.

The Delhi traffic is on the doorstep but that’s to be expected near the airport.

The hotel is well located for the airport. There are food options to walk out to which was great. The taxis they arranged for us were prompt and good Value. The staff were really friendly and breakfast was a bonus. This is an authentic review and I would recommend this hotel as a good value budget clean hotel. No frills but they get the basics right.

The room chair is not comfortable. The chair almost collapsed, The frame of the chair made of wood is not stable, The button for the upper shower nozzle did not work smoothly.

We haven't much expectation about the low booking price. The hotel is located next to the airport. 10 min far away with the taxi without any traffic tram :) The price in booking.com was the same exact price as we paid at the reception. The Reception greeting was welcoming. Some of the staff can speak nepalese which it was very helpful for me and my wife. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was comfortable. By check out at the reception was a taxi organized with a fair price to the airport.
