The swimming pool was not clean and there were leaves and other foreign materials in the pool. The water was smelling. The Air Condition of the room automatically switched off at night leaving the room suffocated at night. The check in and check out process takes atleast 45 mins each as there are few counters.

The resort is located at a good location and also the jacuzzi villa are spacious and big with ac in bathrooms as well. The villas have bar accessories including cocktail mixers and champagne glasses. The breakfast has a nice spread.

We did not like the commercialisation happening in the middle of the forest and attempts to further disturb the environment by making pucca roads in the forest and constant movement of vehicles

Its just that the ride to the place was really bad in the military truck and it lasted an hr , on our return we had to pay 2950 extra to come by a jeep , so that was a bit disappointing.

Location Access: You cannot reach the location on your own. One has to park their vehicle or reach Della Resort first. The person has to wait for their transport vehicle i.e. a 4x4 SUV or Military style Truck whichever is available. The vehicle will take you from Point A to Point B and it is a very 45 minutes bumpy ride since roads are not developed. Not recommended at all for Senior Citizens, Pregnant Women, and Kids below <2 years (we really were holding our 1 year kid very tight & she wasn't comfortable for 45 minutes). I have been told by the staff that in Monsoon, these roads are even bad as there are small landslides from the sides. Unless the road is constructed, this travel can be dangerous. And from Point B, either you have to hike / walk for 20 odd minutes or take a 10 minute boat ride (not exactly a boat. Its just a plank with plastic chairs attached with the motor). Food: The food quality and taste was good but not outstanding considering they call themselves a 4-5 star property. Also, their Breakfast Buffet was very very basic. In fact 1 day it was more of ala carte style since there were low customer count. Also, both days the breakfast was the same. There is a big scope of improvement.

Location: The location if pretty off-beat in Lonavala. Never seen this side of Lonavala. Property & Room: The property is big and so is the room size. The room we stayed had 2 double beds easily fitting 4 adults. The bathroom was having a jacuzzi bath tub, shower section which had electronically controlled steam room, small safe locker, and space to keep luggage. Theme: The property associates themselves to the real armed forces and so is their entire theme of the room. The attention to detail is impeccable. Staff & Service: The staff was very friendly, attentive & available at all times. They made our stay more comfortable since we were travelling with 1 year old kid. They helped with food request for our kid every time and it was really kind of them when they surprised us with cake celebration for our kid's birthday. Activities: There are plenty of activities which I would have loved to explore. But since we were there with our little one, we decided to just relax & chill. Note: Most activities are paid which will be briefed to you.

Breakfast options and restaurant staff service are average- can improve alot. The restaurant closed an hour earlier at night than the given time during my stay without prior notice and we got stuck with just a couple of options to order from- this was a buzzkill for us. The drop off from the Della resorts to the DATA should have early time slot option as well.

Most creative and amazing activities- off-road journey to boat pickup with an amazing crew, the beautiful picturesque boat ride, beautiful horses and dogs at the resort, the adventurous activities like hell night, obstacle course - must experience. A must-have experience. The rooms are ultra-luxurious with high-end amenities, and 2 super king-size beds- very good for a group of friends and family. The attention to detail in the room décor from the door handles to the art display is praise-worthy.

The food can be expensive but then again its a 5 Star resort and no complains about the quality of food, the size of the portions and the courteousness of the staff.

The breakfast spread, the food, the staff, everything is perfect. The staff go to great lengths to ensure your satisfaction. We travelled with our pet dog and have stayed at Della earlier as well. The dog is as important a guest for them as are others. A definite place for families who want to travel with their pet(s).

to reach till property from della is a big time task and once you reach they waste your 30 mins without asking they start explaining about the property adventure activity which is really not mandatory at the time of arrival….. would you like to attend this brief? asking to guest is very important

Property is awesome and no complaints

Data resort is a military style adventure resort, initial way from Della to Data was bumpy and rough however the moment you enter the Gambling tent its a luxurious feel. The Food was also good and so was the hospitality. Appreciate the services of Apsara and Abdul at the restaurant, they were very kind and soft spoken .
