We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe came directly from airport, and I had to lift my 30kg luggage through the steps and there was no one to help us or to open the door for us. I reached there around 2am and I had to wait long time for the receptionist to do all my paperwork. you could do all these paper works online or on the next day when we travel around 245 hours and reaching there in the early morning.
Morning staff was very friendly and morning security was very helpful too. breakfast was ok. Room was clean and neat.

United Arab EmiratesThe bathroom has no hot water! We were told to keep the tap open for 15 minutes when we called the reception! It's too inconvenient. Can we simply spend 15 minutes in the bathroom to get hot water when we have a meeting to attend? The power went out repeatedly from 3am to 4am both days of our stay, every 20 seconds. Sleeping so badly both days.
We like the hotel location. Though room was small the bed was comfortable.
