Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Thailand30 mins late pick up at the train station at the late night 11pm (For the lady who travels alone please call the hotel 15 mins before the train arrive the Gorakhpur station, ask the driver to wait for you at the platform for your safety)

IndiaThe breakfast spread was such a let down. This was the first star rated hotel in India that I walked into which had only vegetarian spread in the breakfast. Also they never mentioned that the option (extremely limited) for a non-vegetarian existed on special request. If you did not know it you couldn't ask for it. There was no live counter even for an omelette. The live counter for pancakes had a plateful of cold pancakes and not a soul in sight to make you fresh and hot pancakes. For the first time I felt discriminated against, in a hotel, for my choice of food. The shower gel and others in the shower area refused to operate. One would go on squeezing the bottle but nothing would pop out. The car porch was full of cars, with guests departing. Now some of them were standing and chatting while their cars kept on waiting. I had to leave for an urgent meeting but my car couldn't reach the porch. So obviously when it came the wrong way, I was very rudely pointed out by the front door manager that this was not the way and I was in the wrong lane. Yes sir I was, but then who called you out for your mismanagement? They are a good hotel but they need to definitely spruce up their business and be a bit more inclusive as each and every guest is paying to stay.
The staff at the reception, at the Asian Bowl, at the coffee shop were just amazing. A special mention for Arshi, Zia, Ankit at Asian Bowl, and all others. The chef at Asian Bowl deserves a special mention. The room was splendid and very comfortable.
