Dinner is expensive, walk to Jaipur Adda instead. Felt like a violation of privacy when check in staff used the x ray machines to see we had 2 bottles of duty free alcohol and confiscated them until we checked out?! I know it’s policy, but there’s a polite way to do this.

Very clean nice rooms, accommodated our request for interconnecting rooms. Central location: Breakfast excellent. Gym was great. The doorman, Baldev, is awesome.

Becos of space constraints the facilities like Gym ,Swimming pool ,gardens etc were not there.

Was not happy with the swimming pool as small kids were causing disturbance and the staff could not stop the kids from disturbing other people in the pool. Needs one more lift for all floors

Upgraded the room and allowed us to store leftover food in the fridge and reheat it. Staff served us with a smile and ensured our needs were met with professionalism

The hotel offers a great overall experience – clean rooms, good amenities, and a convenient location in the heart of Jaipur. Everything was up to the mark, except for the staff at the reception during check-in. They were surprisingly unwelcoming and lacked the courtesy you'd expect at a hotel of this standard. A warmer and more professional reception would have made the stay perfect.

I requested for baby cot and the request was approved as well but i didn’t get that initially stating, i’ll get that in 10 mins and after waiting for 2 hours i got a response that they had limited and all were occupied

Just sometimes workers are too hospitable. This can be perceived nice by some but other not. Specially in the morning when you have more than 3 people asking you how is your breakfast. Especially in the morning my wife is not talkative at all and this annoys her.

Service is inconsistent. I think you could stay elsewhere and be much happier. There’s just very little attention to detail. For example we waited 20 Minutes for someone to give us a menu and we asked for the menu.

Showers need some work, but they swiftly found a solution and sorted the issue. Everything else was perfect.

Staff at this Radisson are a class apart. I cant praise them enough for the sincerity with which they greet guests, and make them comfortable. And believe me, its not a small thing to know you’re being met by genuinely warm people. The food in all restaurants is brilliant - I can’t thank them enough. Beds were comfortable.

When you leave the hotel, there is not really any life around, you are a little lost, and to walk it is not possible, you have to take a Talk Talk or a taxi to reach old Jaipur.
