1) The Shaving blade is horribly blunt; Hope its not a a sanitised recycled one.. Half way through the shave, it was pulling hair, no clean shave and stretching and peeling the skins.. Like how a blade behaves, after 10 shaves. 1) Was feverish, and Asked for a paracetamol (OTC med) in the reception ; They said Not available; I told even to check the first aid box, which is common.. They said No; Quite surprising; Atleast they could have guided me through or sourced it, after all it's an Over The Counter medicine.

The Salmon steak disk was awesome.. Room service. Breakfast is elegant.

I had forgotten my headphones in the room. I was called up from the hotel to inform me about it and I picked them up om way to the airport. These HPs are the expensive ones. Thanks to the staff

Rooms aren’t as sound proof, I could hear people talking in the hallways and was nervous what they could hear from my side.

Different dining options with good food and drinks. The room was a nice big size. Breakfast was decent, but staff were really nice. Would stay here again if I was in the area

For my room, though been upgraded for free, I've been put onto a smoking floor. The front desk should've informed this specifically as I always asked for non-smoking floor. For breakfast, would be good to have more variety of international dishes. The same food was served every day. Getting Uber to head out for dinner from the hotel was a nightmare. Could be the location of the hotel, but we could not get any driver at all.

The room was spacious. I've gotten a free upgrade on the room. But what the front desk did not specifically informed me was, the upgraded room is on a smoking floor and I don't smoke. Luckily, not many guests smokes during my stay, so the smell was bearable. Otherwise, will certainly request for a change of room. Breakfast variety was good. You can order dosa however you want it and freshly made masala dosa was great. Room service food was good too, but nothing to shout. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary water bottles.

We arrived around 12 We were assigned rooms We informed front desk when checking in we need extra beds for both rooms . We went out to explore Delhi and when we came back the beds were still not in the rooms

Dinner served though at 3 am was not hot enough. Had no energy to reorder so ate the not so warm dal & roti. Room service guy seemed inexperienced as had requested a coke but didn't turn up nor cared to call back. Rest all was good.

It's an old wine in the hotel industry. Location is good. Took 10 mins from Airport. Pickup was comfortable by the hotel vehicle.

Washroom tab are lose and rusty so it’s feel unhygienic plus Carpets were little smelly in room but apart every things was provided in room
