Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandHotel is a bit dated.
Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We used it as a day room as we were leaving late at night. Reasonably priced for comfort provided. The hotel is well located near Egmore and Central rail and metro stations (although you will probably need an auto-rickshaw / taxi to get there). Metro from Central Station will take you directly to the airport.

Singapore1.Reception took 15-20min to attend me to see my bookings, overall approx 30min I was just waiting for me to get room, it was not heavily crowded there were just 1-2 guests. 2.Wifi never worked, being on a business trip and no wifi has ruined my late night meetings, I’m coming from Singapore and I didn’t had any mobile network also. The porters were good. In the reception a lady staff who done the checkin for us had an attitude and was not helpful. I said I am a club member but still she not even tried to look any possible discounts . I had a cheap rate in booking.com but she charged 30% more but given me a 2 star rating room. The bathroom exhaust was not working. I was disappointed and next day I got another room which was good.

United KingdomHotel had cancelled our booking before arrival for no reason (at 4am) leaving us stranded. Eventually and after an hour or 2 of discussions the helpful night clerk arranged one room for us to share after someone checked out at 6am (hotel was full,, and probably over booked hence being canceled on due solely to a delayed flight, out of our control) Also because they cancelled our rooms Rooms overpriced and average at best, the complimentary taxi was not there to pick us up at the airport. Pretty shocking experience altogether
