The place needs a bit of maintenance, it's getting a bit run down and needs some investment. The pool was a bit green the first couple of days, but had a good clean during our stay. No windows in the room, but because it's big with high ceilings it was fine. Probably a bit overpriced for what it is.

Big room and good wifi. Staff were really lovely. Location was ok, it was a bit far to comfortably walk to either busy areas for dining, shopping, sightseeing etc. AC worked well, hot water shower was good.

There were no sun beds but had table and chairs to relax in.

It was clean and tidy. It has a pool. The staff were very friendly and Matthew on the front desk was super helpful and helped us book our overnight train trip.

This property is overpriced for what they offer... Stayed in a superior room and the only thing superior about this room was the size.. Storage cupboards broken, mini fridge didn't work, no ac remote, basic amenities, no shower gel in the bathroom.. Don't bother with breakfast at this place.. Very costly for a basic room

Location is good.. Staff are welcoming..

Nothing really. As explained above, the rooms are not highly finished like a normal hotel. If this puts you off, maybe look elsewhere. This really suited us perfectly though.

This is a really lovely place. Very calm and serene, and very relaxing. The rooms are huge, with (as explained in other reviews) a converted warehouse feel about them. They are not highly finished, with a bit more of a rough and ready feel to them, which suited us just fine. The air conditioning worked very well, and cleanliness was excellent. The location is really excellent too. Very easy to use it as a base to walk around Fort Kochi. I highly recommend walking too, as most of the main sights within a 30 minute walk (maybe 45 minute walk to Jew town). The place is also very close to two of the ferry terminals, to take you to Ernakulum or some of the other islands. Oh, the staff were also very friendly and very helpful.

It's a converted warehouse, so there are no windows. The rooms are huge, almost too huge w/ wasted space. The designer was attempting to be clever with the room design, but in the end just gave up trying. Honestly they could have put some kind of internal skylight, to compensate for the cell like feeling. But other than that, really great place

The location is great. Can walk to many things. Rooms are huge. Breakfast is standard south Indian fare, if you like Idiappams & chana for bfast!!!

Lovely murals on outside of building and in dining room . Would be great to have one on a wall inside, walls a bit stark otherwise.

I enjoyed this hotel however; I did have an unbelievably terrible experience when it came to leaving the hotel around 5am in the morning to catch my flight from Kerala to Dubai which was scheduled for 9:40am. I informed staff upon check in that I was leaving the following morning around 5am, which was also noted in the check-in form. There was no staff around the morning of check out, and the hotel was completely locked. The front entrance and back entrance both locked. There was no way of making any contact with the staff, and it was horrible experience, I felt trapped, and ultimately it's a health and safety issue.

Location was great, room size was great too

The fact that it is a bed and breakfast only puts the leisure traveller in a spot at times, as s/he needs to step out every time for a meal.

It is a boutique bed and breakfast facility very conveniently located on Calvatty Road. The location makes it one of the most desirable places to stay.

It could have been clearer what was offered for breakfast. Staff didn't seem clear what to do.

Excellent reception, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Gave good recommendations for eating and visiting attractions. Room was large, cool in the heat. Pool was large. Not at all far from all tourist attractions, easy stroll. We are frequent visitors to Fort Cochin for work, and have stayed in many of the hotels, expensive and cheap, at different times. This is the best value for money and in the circumstances it did everything we wanted it to.
