The only downside was getting to the property. We came by bike, and the route was a bit tricky and not very easy to find. Better signage or clearer directions would definitely help.

Wonderful Weekend Stay! I stayed here for the weekend and had a great experience. The property has a mini pool, one kitchen, a hall, and two bedrooms - just right for a relaxing getaway. The place was very clean, spacious, and super peaceful. What made it even better was the thoughtful gesture - they even provided us with some snacks, which was a lovely surprise! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and laid-back stay.

Hello Sudjit.A very cozy house with its own territory. Sudjit is always in touch. Fulfills any wish.He ordered us food from a restaurant, found an inexpensive tooker to go to the beach. And it's very cozy and quiet in a rustic way.We like this kind of accommodation. We will definitely come next time. We will choose souvenirs)))) Thanks for the rest. None I can think of.

A very good place for friends and family. Kids friends. The host is very soft spoken, understanding and friendly. The caretaker lady is also understanding. The private pool and kitchen and supplies facility is also good. Arrangements were better than expected and more than enough for a comfortable stay. If an washing machine/cloth drier can be added, it will add value to the place.

Narrow & steep approach road with no near by facility of restaurants.

The location is near to kovalam but u need a bike or tuk tuk and the road is narrow. The bathroom ,pool bedrooms were clean but kitchen drawers and other places were dusty

The villa was spacious with a little clean pool,wifi was perfect,a lot of space ,very beautiful decoration and alot of snacks and coffee.It was quiet and safe.There was parking and good a/c.

Mostly the location and approach. Almost scraped my new car dricing through such narrow gullies. Why would any one want to stay in such a place. The so called care taker was slighty rude and speaks in mono sylables. Not at all helpful.

Once you are inside everything is fine. Veey clean and functional.

No grills for safety in the house

The pool facility was good...we have to manage by ourselves...the caretaker will instruct us in phone...he will be helpful...

Nothing much to complain

Location is Quite a friendly neighbourhood, with access to local shops and restaurants, Sujith the host had ensured we had ample refreshment and snacks at the property.

A/C in one of the rooms was not working properly. May be a proper service is required. Also there were a lot of mosquitos . Had to use the bat and incense sticks to keep ourselves safe from Mosquitoes

The whole process of booking and checking was smooth. Caretaker did proper follow up and ensured that everything was ready before we checked in.
