It was a bit hot and humid in the evenings even with a fan switched on. Night time some really noisy birds.

We had a very comfortable stay. Spacious real clean rooms with hot shower. Everything was spotless. Proper mosquito nets. The owners were friendly and cooperative. The location is also within old Fort Kochi in a narrow beautiful lane.

The family that owns the homestay was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and bright and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fans and open windows provided air circulation and kept the room cool enough. We enjoyed the garden and close proximity to everything.

Very good location, near to many historical sites and within walking distance of the beach. Despite being very central, the property is on a very quiet side road, so it is peaceful at night. Large, clean room with excellent bathroom - in fact my favourite bathroom from my India trip - with hot water and brand new facilities.

Great location. Super friendly host… told me when room was ready early, spoke to taxi driver to guide me there, gave me welcome info, checked if I was ok. Room was huge, spotlessly clean, with drinking water and tea/coffee provided.

Bed could be slightly comfier, but other than that no complaints!

Rincy as a host was super friendly and helpful. Facilities were all super clean and neat. Location is very handy with many walkable restaurants. Also quite a few interesting activities can be planned from the homestay directly. The backwater boat trip is a particularly good one!

I was expecting that the property is in a coconut garden but there were only 3 plants. The owner said that she kept the property till we arrived at 8pm. However she would give it to someone else if it is a peak period. I think it is unacceptable behaviour as guests can’t find an alternative accommodation in night time and that defeats the purpose of pre booking. Luckily I wasn’t affected but I will not book again for a peace of mind.

The host Rincy, was very welcoming and speaks great English. She was very helpful by suggesting a few things to do around Fort Kochi. The location of the B&B is great and no doubt that it was great value for money, will definitely go again if I end up in Kochi another time.

Absolutely delightful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location: near enough to everything but also far enough away as well. Spacious room, simply furnished. Fridge in the room. Excellent communication before, during and after. Recently fitted new bathrooms. Mosquito repellent mesh fitted to all windows, as well as double doors - one of them being mesh. Excellent roof fans (2 in each room). A little rough and ready decoration-wise, as well as cleanliness around the windows/behind the curtains, but nothing anywhere near as awful as other recent stays!. Would I stay here again? Yes.

It was perfect, located in a very quiet street. The room was very big, spacious and the dolphins walls were the cherry on the cake ! The family was super nice and friendly to us ! The garden was wonderful
