Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The night receptionist was very rude, no manners and no customer service.
Exactly what you expect for the price which is paid. Rooms were a good size, bathroom was a good size. Nothing special about the hotel itself. Location is 10/10 only a 2 minute walk away from Golden Temple.

Price
Price were high as according to the property it was showing on booking page 2297Rs but they charge 2800 Rs It is big difference of 500Rs. We stayed in 4start 5 start properties in 3-4000 but this property is comfortable and main thing is location but not worth it

When I visited, there was ongoing renovation work, resulting in some dust and paint smells. However, once the renovations are complete, these issues should be resolved. During busy times, taxis and cars are not permitted near the Darbar Sahib, requiring us to disembark a couple of hundred yards away and walk to the hotel with our suitcases. The same process applied when leaving the hotel. We had to pay cash as the cards were not accepted.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple) in the city of Amritsar. During my stay with my kids, we found it easy to walk back and forth to the Darbar Sahib throughout the day due to its proximity. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by shops, and there is an ATM nearby for added convenience.

There was something in the room that ate the kadah parshad white plastic bag while we were away. The staff couldn't care less. The bedsheets were not fresh and washed when we arrived. They do not offer room cleaning on days you are out of the hotel. Since we booked online, we were not given a proof of cash paid. Plus some of the staff here is creepy.
Sorry but apart from the location, there was nothing good about this hotel. The hotel is right outside the langar hall and main entrance

Cars are not allowed by police to the hotel, you have to come to hotel by e rickshaw. good restaurant at 10 min walk. We highly recommend this hotel , if your visiting Golden temple. with in 15 min walk you can see Jallianwala bagh
We Did not have breakfast, within 5 min walk you can have e rickshaw, transport ( have to make bargain with transport ) Golden temple langar hall is 50 yards from hotel. Main gate of Golden temple 150 yards

The only positive aspect of the hotel is its location. However, upon check-in, we were charged for an additional bed, even though we initially booked a triple room through the app. Our room turned out to be in the basement with a lot of insects (possibly bedbugs). After expressing our dissatisfaction, we were moved to another room on the upper floor, which was significantly cleaner than the previous one.
