The wifi went off at the worst moment for me, I was 15min late to a professional call. I know that's mainly bad luck because usually it was quite fast. But something to keep in mind, there might be outages

We stayed only one night, but everything was perfect. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. He even gave us a better room for the same price, so thoughtful! The room was the best we had during our entire stay in Kerala: spacious, clean, and not humid at all. The location is amazing, close to all the main points of interest. I highly recommend staying here during your time in Kochi. Thank you, my friend!

The room was spacious and clean. They provided towels and drinking water. It is near to a few shops and restaurants. The owner is very accomodating. I would definitely recommend. Very reasonable.

The fan was a little too loud, and we could only choose between on or off, normally there are 3-4 different Levels to choose from, but this didn't bother us so much, and there was also some little ants in the room, but we have had them in every stay in india, I guess that's a general problem here, they didn't bother us, just came to the food

Everything was so good, we had a room with a balcony and a good bathroom, the beds were perfect, and we could also use a kitchen and there was also a room with a couch. We enjoyed this stay really much, and definitely for the cheap price. Everyone should stay here, also the location was perfect.

Great location close to the heart of fort cochin for walking. Very good facilities for all you would need of a room. Super helpful manager who arranged an airport transfer cab and was hugely accommodating. I chose not to have AC for my stop though this may be a better option as it was truely hot in March!

Such a lovely homestay! The owner was so nice and always there for us. We stayed here twice and could leave our big luggage for a week as we traveled the mountains in between! There's drinking water available and a little kitchen you can use. Not much gear for cooking, but a cutting board and a fridge so we made fruit salad! Excellent location, close to everything. Thank you so much for having us!

The room amenities listed under my reservation included air conditioning so I thought it was included in the price I was paying. However, it is an extra £3 a day, which I hadn't budgeted for. As a result there were some very hot nights! Also I had expected some communal areas, which there kind of are, but not really where you'd meet people. I barely saw anyone else while I was there.

The hosts were really nice and ready to help when needed. I liked the coffee and kettle in the room and the free water. The location is very good - I could walk to all the main sights. I really liked the Spice Root restaurant which is just around the corner. I enjoyed my week here.

All was fine

Perfectly located guest house next to all sites of interests of Fort Kochi (all can be done walking), very clean room and bedsheet. The width of the room is fine. There is also a small balcony that one can enjoy ! The family is welcoming.

The host was absolutely amazing, really friendly and helpful. He booked our backwater boat trip for us a day in advance. The room was simple but very clean and comfy. Perfect location, incredible value for money. We will be back for sure.

Nothing major, the mattress was a bit hard and the shower was very close to the toilet/we were not able to get hot water (to be fair it might have just been us as we were happy with cold water - it was very hot) but this is negligible given that we paid less than 600 rupees. Fan was working okay, I don't think our bedroom had the A/C.

It was very clean compared to the places we've been to in Mumbai and New Delhi - this was very much appreciated. The owner was very kind and replied to texts quite promptly. Overall I think that given the price we paid for the place the room was very good! The location is very close to the Chinese fishing nets.

The room was nice and spacious with a shower that was actually hot. There was also a little balcony to sit outside. We got a room without AC which was fine in my opinion with just the ceiling fan (only slightly warm) but if you want AC it was only an extra 300 a night. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet with a few other homestays around as well. The place is only a 10/15 min walk to the main stalls/markets and a 5 min walk away from good restaurants. Daniel the host is nice and fairly responsive to messages. We checked in late because of a delayed flight and it wasn’t a problem.

Nothing, place is great

Place was perfect and exactly how it's shown in the photos. I had a room in the new building with kettle, tea and all that was needed for a comfortable stay. Friendly host and the property is in a great location close to eateries and supermarket and lots of tourist attractions. Would certainly recommend staying here.
