Felt weird and distrusted that the property asked us to pay for the rooms fully in advance at check in! We could hardly run away without paying with our luggage and our cars parked in their lot!!

Superb location and very well designed rooms. Particularly liked the glass frontage in the rooms, so we got up every morning to the lovely mountain views from our beds.

Stayed at this hotel earlier this month . There is nothing not to like... The hotel is out of this world. The view is spectacular, the food delicious and the staff some of the most hardworking and attentive I've ever met. The rooms are beautiful and absolutely spotless. Serene and peaceful, this hotel is a true oasis. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

To improve the road to access the hotel.

Outstanding location with breathtaking views from your room. The property was very well maintained wit a delightful garden. Tasty food : service and staff were attentive and efficient. Visit to tea plantations and factory were enjoyable. Bonfire was a nice opportunity to finish your day .

There is no bar, as is the case in many hotels, just our personal preference. Try not to travel at the weekend as we were caught up in huge delays around the reservoirs. Obviously neither of these issues are Chandy s fault, we are just preparing guests.

The track road which leads to the hotel is very uncomfortable. The hilltop station more than 1hr drive from Munnar. So someone travelling from far should take that into consideration

We were upgraded to the Royal Suite when we stayed here for 2 nights this Christmas, and couldn’t believe our luck! The view is absolutely incredible and the room features a hot tub, sauna and steam room! It was like staying in our own personal spa! The staff were lovely and very attentive. Since it was Christmas we were treated to carols, live music and fireworks, and the food was incredible for every meal. Highly recommended!

The gym is not really a gym. And it is a real trek to get to - but once you're there, it's a really lovely vibe.

Absolutely beautiful place - view is probably the best I've ever had from a hotel. Sitting out on the balcony was delightful. Hotel restaurant also excellent. And the staff are brilliant.

While our overall experience at Chandys was outstanding, we found that the spa area could use some attention. The massage was mediocre and did not provide the relaxation and rejuvenation we had hoped for. The spa facilities themselves felt dated and in need of a revamp. Updating the spa's interior, enhancing the range of treatments, competent therapist, and improving the quality of services would greatly elevate the overall guest experience.

My recent stay at Chandys Drizzle Drops - Munnar Top Station was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, exceptional hospitality and impeccable service that gave us an unforgettable experience. Munnar was the highlight of our Kerala Trip and staying at Chandys was worth it. Location: 5/5 The highlight of Chandys is undeniably its breathtaking location at the Top Station. Perched atop the hills, the hotel offers panoramic views of the lush valleys and picturesque tea gardens. The scenery alone is worth the visit. The sight of the misty hills and verdant landscapes is simply mesmerizing. Food: 5/5 Food was simply amazing. Each meal was a delight, featuring a wide variety of dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients. Service: 5/5 The staff at Chandys go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. Their hospitality, professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness made our stay incredibly comfortable. Comfort: 5/5 The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. Our room was the Royal Suite which had a lovely jacuzzi with an amazing view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the nightly turndown service and the luxurious bath products and sauna. Overall Experience: 5/5 Our stay at Chandys was truly memorable. Every aspect of the hotel, from the stunning location and delicious food to the exceptional service and comfort, contributed to a perfect getaway. Location is for the view but far from activities. They have a play room but there was a ball missing in the pool and the gym was a bit outdated.

We (couple) stayed for 3 nights. It is a magical location up amongst the clouds. Scenary is spectacular and facilities amazing. Great if you want to relax and immerse yourself in nature. Staff were also fantastic - also recommend the jeep safari to see the local area
