IndiaSome front office staff was indecent and unjust but that got balanced out by few very polite and righteous members.
There was heavy rainfall and both approaches to the facility were submerged in over a meter (4') of water. The staff could not help to navigate us till the hotel and we had to take our own risk to reach. The location, might be central to Mathura but very inconvenient to reach. Terrif does not include breakfast, not even drinking water. Infact they tried over charge us for the water bottles, that was a rude shock. Teriffs unreasonable for the experience.

GermanyWe had booked two rooms. I cannot say for sure about the other room but in ours there was some problem with the tap in the bathing area. It would provide only hot water or cold water on some occasions. Of course we complained about this to the management and they were quick to help us with a solution. It worked but unfortunately was not a permanent fix; the problem persisted, cropping up once in a while. We knew how to resolve it so we worked with it. Overall it was not a major problem, but yes, it may water down the experience a bit for some customers so the management should probably take care of this once and for all.
The staff was really great. They were very helpful and saved us money on some occasions when we were overcharged by a cab agency. I sincerely appreciate this and I am sure other tourists would too. So, many thanks to the management. Another plus is that the hotel has an adjoining Brijwasi sweet shop which apart from delicious sweets also serves meals one can have for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food was good and importantly it was very convenient for us to eat on the go.
