We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaSome rooms are unfit to stay with absolutely no ventilation. I had to request the reception desk to get my room changed to a better and well ventilated room.
Good sized room and good ventilation, but it's not the case with all rooms.

IndiaThe room in real did not match with the picture given on the website. I had to change the first room as it lacked cleanliness. The linen at the first room was stained and torn. The paint on the wall close to the bed was falling off. The washbasin was not cleaned properly, it had stains of some food items when I checked in. The wall was full of stains. The spring on mattress was ruined. To sum up, it's not worthy for the amount I paid.
The staffs were welcoming and provided thr best service possible to them. They readily accepted my requests and helped me with it. The hotel is located at a walkable distance from vfs global and santa monica. There is also a gas station adjacent to the hotel.
