The perfect place! It is a paradise oasis in the middle of North Goa! The owners of this place are such amazing people that we fell in love with them from the first minutes of interaction! Hardip and Sophia were always on touch and helped with any question. They have created this stunning place where you can feel the soul in every detail - both technical and decorative! Their couple is admirable, their hard work and treatment of guests is top level! The best in everything! Will definitely be back to check on Hardip and Sophia and the piece of heart left in this beautiful oasis!!! We love Casa Da Praia, it is a miracle❤️🇮🇳 Grate thanks to Hardip and Sophia🤗🧡

Absolutely beautifully designed and laid out. Our suite was stunning and decor to match. Garden exceptional and well maintained. Pleasant pool and lit perfectly at night in the garden with incense and fresh flowers arranged around the garden. Breakfast outdoors at tables, under canopies. Very chilled atmosphere. Absolutely perfect choice for us.

Absolutely incredible stay in the most amazing boutique hotel in Goa, the photos don't do this place justice, it is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are so beautiful and spacious and we were blown away as soon as we arrived. Hardip and Sofia are wonderful! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main road with shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach, it's perfect. We can't wait to be back!

Nothing - we loved it all!

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful guesthouse! Hardip and Sophia were exceptional hosts, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, just minutes away from both the main high street and the beach, allowing us to easily explore the area. The guesthouse and its grounds are stunning, providing a perfect little oasis for relaxation. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast menu, which was excellent—fresh, tasty, and a delightful way to start each day. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a charming getaway. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

It was all very good.

An amazing place, with very friendly helpful owners & staff plus gorgeous, clean rooms. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to either the beach or the main road with a great selection of bars and restaurants. The accommodation, which is set almongst a beautiful garden of trees and tropical foliage, is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast (included) could'nt be better, the best masala omlette, coffee and fruit salad I've eaten (many other options available)! All in all 10/10..we loved it and will definitely be back!

Peaceful and quiet yet very close to the main street AND the beach. beautifully curated space and both Hardip and Sofia are the most wonderful hosts I've ever met! The delectable breakfast every morning by the kitchen girls was something we were always looking forward to. Purna, our man Friday, with his resourcefulness made sure every little request was met with.

Absolutely nothing to whine about.

Casa da Praia together with it's wonderful hosts and great staff truly is a hidden gem of Goa. Not talking it just because it's difficult to find when visiting for the first time :) , but it's an astonishing oasis, with a light blue-watered swimming pool, with lush and well-pruned plants and palm trees. The rooms are spacious and having a mix of Indian culture- and religion-themed interior with a minimalistic Scandinavian touch, a combination that makes it a perfect getaway for a couples on honeymoon, like us. This place has a magical vibe and we enjoyed every second there, making it really hard to leave. Rich breakfast with variety of options from indian, european and american cuisine is also a big bonus. But overall, it were the hosts who made this place feel like a second home, hence looking forward to go back there as soon as possible. Thank you!

The weather 🤣 but we were just unlucky!. Casa da praiha was perfect

The location of casa da praiha is central but hidden in a lovely garden spot away from the main road and away from noise. The garden and pool area is so calm and relaxing. The owners, Hardip and Sofia, gave us such a warm welcome and provided advice on places to go. They were both wonderful hosts! a couple of nights we had monsoon weather so having decided we would stay in Hardip helped us sort out a food delivery order and even arranged for a few beers. 🙂 Superb breakfast all freshly made and high quality ingredients. Indian and western options available. We stayed in the seabreeze suite which was a large spacious room with wraparound balcony, such a comfortable big bed and tastefully decorated room. also inside the room we had a small kitchenette area with sink, fridge, plates, tea and coffee facilities etc. Really useful for storing snacks and cold drinks. We could not have picked a better bed and breakfast in candolim. Loved it.

Nothing to dislike. But was a little disappointed with the gym (when there first is one). Should have been built in and not semi-open, would have been much better for the temperature, the cleanliness and the mosquitoes.

The owners are super friendly and caring, feels like you’re visiting friends. Enjoyed the breakfast outside in the garden, everything was really fresh and tasty. Also loved the look of the rooms with all the Indian “antiques”. The garden is also so green and lush and the perfect spot to relax.

Nothing we had a perfect time!

Beautiful property super close to the beach and town. Easy access to walks down Candolim beach, and lots of nice restaurants/bars, but the place is so comfortable we barely wanted to leave. Great home cooked breakfasts and lots of recommendations and help organising tours and activities. We spent most of our five days here relaxing by the pool, which is a lovely quiet area. The owners are wonderful, absolutely hilarious and make running a wonderful hotel experience look effortless (even though clearly a lot of love and care goes into the whole place!!). The rooms are a really nice size and were very comfortable. If we are ever in Goa again we will definitely be back, you won’t regret booking this place!

They have created an amazing idyllic ‘oasis’ hideaway and it’s clear they put everything into delivering a perfect stay. Casa DA Praia is a real gem. An oasis with a great location and perfect proximity to a quieter part of the beach. Ideal to watch the sun go down. The gardens and pool are just beautiful to relax in. Hardip and Sofia are wonderful hosts. Attentive, always available and willing to help make the stay go well with good advice on how to how to spend your days. And the breakfast was as you want it and delightful. The rooms are authentic. Basic Goan styling but comfortable. Highly recommend. I will be back !

This is a little oasis of paradise! It’s a beautiful place surrounded by tropical plants and a stunning pool - even better than the photos! The rooms are amazing with a really comfortable king size bed, excellent fans and air con, nice views onto the pool, great shower, generous in size, blackout curtains and very quiet - you will sleep so well here! It’s the perfect location with lots of restaurants within 5-10mins walk and only a 5-10mins walk to the beautiful beach. There are nearby trips, shopping etc but we loved Casa Da Praia so much we barely left! At the end of our 7 days, we felt relaxed and restored. In fact, it was one of the most relaxing places we’ve ever stayed in! It feels as much a retreat as it is a Bed & Breakfast. And the breakfast is so delicious! This place is incredible value for money and although we visited towards the tail end of monsoon season, we enjoyed lovely weather and fewer tourists in Candolim. All the staff were so warm and helpful - and we really enjoyed meeting Hardip and Sofia. They were such lovely welcoming and fun people - providing lots of practical travel information both before and during our stay. We highly recommend Casa Da Praia!

Everything. The location is perfect, the pool is lovely, breakfast delicious and the aesthetics beautiful. However, what really makes this place are the owners. They treat everyone as an individual and make time for you. Nothing was too much trouble. They are the most attentive and yet discreet hosts you could wish for.
