I’ve stayed at Casa Allay three times, and every time it feels like they just opened — clean, fresh, and exactly like the photos! The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help with anything you need. Whether it’s food, local tips, or small requests, they’re always ready to assist. It’s peaceful, cozy, and feels like a second home. Already planning my next visit! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

This property exceeded our expectations. On arrival, we realized our room was on one of the second floor and there is no elevator in the building, which would pose an issue as we were travelling with a senior. The Casa Allay team was very accommodating and able to move us to a room on the ground floor, which was even larger than the initial allocated room. The apartment was very clean, well-lit, spacious, and had everything we needed for our 1-night stay. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Nothing I didnt like!

The facility is great! Very conveniently located, inside a small alley for quietness but easy access to big roads. The apartment was spotless and everything matched the picture. The cleaning service provided everyday was great! The staff were very helpful too. I would totally recommend this hotel, and will definitely go back!

The place can be a little hard to find. In addition, getting the crib was a bit of a hassle; the staff first brought a bassinet that was too small for our 1-year-old. When we said that wouldn't work, they had to bring up a heavy wooden crib, which worked really well for us but was obviously hard to get up the stairs. If the property management could invest in a more portable travel crib, that would be helpful for everyone involved.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. The rooms were comfortable and had a lot of useful amenities, especially in the kitchen.

My stay at this apartment was truly wonderful, and I felt an immediate sense of warmth and peace, almost as if I were in the comfort of my own home. The apartment is situated in a very serene and quiet locality (very much needed for finishing some work), far from the hustle and bustle, yet it is still easily accessible to all important locations in the city. What stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every single person I interacted with, from the reception team to the lady in charge of housekeeping, was not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and approachable. I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile every time, which added a personal touch to my experience and made me feel truly welcome. These small gestures of kindness made a difference and are something I deeply appreciate.

The gym could have been better equipped.

Everything about the property from the location, to the hospitality of the boys recruited by Casa Allay, the room on the 1st floor which I wish was given to us on our 3 night visit rather than just the last night. I will definitely recommend anyone visiting Cochin to stay here with the family and experience the hospitality.

Only negative was the Pillow which was little hard, later when we asked , they provided us with additional soft pillows.

Great room for affordable price. Ideal & calm location with lulu mall and metro station nearby. Perfect for families with very clean rooms and well maintained kitchen with all basic facilities for serviced apartment... And of course, superb host and staff, warm and friendly. Over all enjoyed an excellent stay with my family at Casa Allay.

It could have been bit better like, providing dental hygiene products like toothbrush/paste like how they provide in flights. Hair dryer could have been there. Those are the couple of things that's holding me to give all 10 Stars to this facilities
