We needed an extra bed but they only had sofa cum bed type thing which was not soft and hurt my back a little. There was only one caretaker and service was little late but he still managed it! And he was very polite 😊

Location is lovely! Little far from the city/ market area hut if you have vehicle, it is worth it! Room was good and spacious and view was lovely! Just ignore some random houses and their messy roofs downhill 😅

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, but still very cosy and warm (we stayed early January). The bed was extremely comfortable! the views over the wooded hills and up to the ridge were beautiful. The staff were super friendly and helpful in every way - on our first night we were very delayed due to the lorry drivers strike and the team kept the kitchen open late so we could eat. the service was brilliant in every way. Our hosts helped us arrange good value taxis quickly and easily up to the pedestrian steps to the mall. Our hosts were really responsive throughout our stay. we stayed 3 nights and loved it.

The food could have been better in taste.

It was an amazing property located within 5 kilometers of the Mall Road. A perfect place for those seeking a peaceful stay, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The owner guided us nicely and assisted in booking cabs.

If you're looking for a peaceful stay away from all the hustle bustle of the city, then this is the perfect place to stay in shimla. The mall road is just 20 min away from this property and the transportation is also easily available. The entire team of calm paradise was very helpful. They helped us with knowing what all places we can visit in shimla and nearby locations. The host shared an entire list of places where we can go have different food, visit different picturesque places. The rooms were top notch tbh. I was so tensed about my accommodation, due to lack of decent stays in shimla, but calm paradise exceeded my expectations completely. The room was spacious, clean, and had a good amount of storage. The balcony was just like a cherry on the cake. If you're visiting shimla, then you should definitely consider this place to stay.

Amazing stay with Amazing view. We were stuck in Shimla during the Himachal floods and the owner as well as the team at Calm Paradise were kind enough to suffice us with all necessities, including amazing Halal food and also provided us extra bed with no additional charges. Highly recommended 💯

The hotel is located in a lowland about 30 minutes from the city, it is not always convenient to get there, especially when it rains. The staff didn't always bring what they ordered.

Beautiful view from the window, panoramic windows, clean and quiet, communication and ordering food in the room took place through the messenger, which is very convenient, the service is good when I needed to call a taxi (uder, ola do not work) they called me a taxi for that many thanks

It was quite far from mall road, located in Badash village The room had a small water leakage. The staff would normally leave by night, felt a little scary being alone on that silent hillside.

The room was beautiful, the upkeep was good. Liked the food here, mostly we used to have our meals here.

Wonderfully appointed room in a serene location not too far away from the Ridge. The owner and caretakers are easily reachable by phone and happy to provide guidance and information whenever required. Food is also available at the property and offers good taste and value. Nothing much. Probably those who wish to stay near Mall Road, won't like the location. I personally look for places far away from the bustling city hubbub.
