It is with great sincerity that I write this review about my recent stay at Brighton Stay Hotel, Sulthan Bathery. When selecting this property, my primary consideration was comfort and service. Is it a five-star hotel? No. A three-star hotel? Again, no. It is beyond the traditional star ratings—because what Brighton Stay offers is complete satisfaction and genuine hospitality. In the hospitality industry, kind and comforting words are as important as luxury amenities. As someone deeply involved in the healing profession, I firmly believe that compassionate reception is often more powerful than medicine itself. This spirit of warmth and care was evident throughout our stay, thanks largely to the General Manager, Mr. Arjun, and his dedicated team. From the moment we arrived, the standards maintained were immaculate. The rooms were exceptionally clean, featuring crisp white mattresses, fresh linens, soft duvets, and top-quality bathroom fittings comparable to a five-star experience. Every corner was spotless, with no stains or odors—a testament to the team's commitment to excellence. One remarkable highlight was the thoughtful attention given to our dietary needs. Being accustomed to non-spicy food, it was heartwarming that even during heavy rains, Mr. Arjun personally went out to source customized food for us. Such dedication is rare and truly commendable. A particularly touching gesture was the repeated preparation of customized "strong, ginger-less, sugar-free decoction tea," which enabled me to peacefully work on my surgical notes late into the night.
