I think the property was less of staff and also the communication issues persist. In spite of confirm bookings We had to wait for 20 mins approx at reception when we checked in. Also the room was not cleaned in spite of informing them and also we has informed them while we went out on local site seeing. We got to know the extra keys of villa was not there and hence they did not clean the room.

The location of the property is Suberb and also the private beach opposite to villas is very scenic.

Wintergreen rooms are in a hostel like block in the corner. Corridors of that block are dirty. No lift to go up. Completely not done. Staff need to be trained. Not aware of what's available or not. At one point there were no lemons available at all for anything!!

Beachside section was beautiful. Property has lot of greenery.

1. Gymnasium is closed and permanently I think. There is no equipment in the place designated as Gym. It's more like an abandoned spa room. 2. The water slides they show in pictures is actually a separate chargeable activity which wasn't listed while booking and looks unnecessary. Also because it's not maintained or manned properly. Had to request them to start it. Considering my kids had finalised this property just for that 1 thing, this was a bit of a let down. 3. Food Taste is good but The Menu is nothing great and needs Diversification. It's a routine Indian restaurant menu. Also they don't have Buffet Dinner or lunch even on weekends. 4. There are no Indoor Games room which is expected in a property like this. Overall I had a good experience but management has scope for improvement and this feedback is with constructive intent only.

Good Location and Property overall. Large open spaces nice to walk around. Very nice beach access. Rooms are good enough and clean. View of Sea from balcony is pretty. We missed out on staying in villa and had chosen a routine room. Location is also nearby important places to see but need to have own vehicle to move around. No other private transport options nearby.

Beautiful location facing the beach. Enjoyed the serene quiet beach. the resort had beautiful landscaped grounds with a restaurant gazebo facing the ocean that was wonderful!! Well placed loungers are everywhere to enjoy gazing at the sunset or just read and relax hearing the sound of the waves. overall a fabulous resort and great location!!

The sea beach was opposite to the road. The pathways were very slippery due to rainy season. In fact I fell down, while walking to gate no 2 and had an injury. House Keeping for garden areas needs improvement particularly for slippery areas. House Keeping was not upto mark inside the rooms as well. Buffet services during breakfast was not available due to poor occupancy. Not acceptable at all. The staffs at the counter were very eager to collect full amount at the very beginning of our stay but not interested in providing the matching services.

The property was huge with nice greeneries. The food services were very nice. Particularly Debdeep, Khushi, Utpal and Juv Sulen were excellent in taking care of us, when the buffet services during breakfast were not available due to poor occupancy.

The rooms were old, worn, bathrooms though not unclean, was so old that it seemed dirty. One of the rooms did not have wifi or a working telephone. They did send someone to figure out the problem, but couldn’t fix it. Since we visited during the monsoons we requested about five times for another mat we could place by the door to wipe our feet and did not receive it. The breakfast was horrible. The restaurant staff did their best, but the food was terrible. Simple dishes like sabudana khichdi, masala dosa were messed up, baked goods were dry and stale.

I didn’t know there were 2 properties because of the road but it was beautiful. The staff is cordial but the service is pretty slow

The property is well maintained and beautiful with a lot of fruit trees. We occupied both the rooms was safe. However the property isn’t beachfront there in a road in between the 2 properties but it’s walkable and safe
