The staff were very polite and helpful and brought anything communicated through the app very quickly. The place was clean and quiet and close to Raghunath temple and J&K State Arts Emporium. There is a cafe and restaurant though we didn't get to enjoy them as we ate out. The place is 15-20 minutes from the airport.

Staff responses late to service requests. The bathroom had slight odor which should have been checked before letting us in.

Provides easy access to the market nearby. Hotel has a clean and modern design. Room is spacious, has web based service request system accessed by scanning QR codes placed across the room.

Only let down was cleanliness. This part can be improved. Linens were not clean , we had to get it changed.

Breakfast was good , entrance to the hotel was good. It’s situated right in the middle of the market which is a good thing.

Nice clean rooms, only the yellow pillow was dirty. The roof top bar was not finished, that was a pity, that's one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Breakfast was limited. The snacks at the café was not good, omelet and the toast with french fries. Toast was very oilg didn't finished and we paid 900 Rupees, that was a joke. We had a twin bed room, my bed was uncomfortable, possibly old mattress. One big plus was Netflix!

Staff Behaviours was awesome.

Breakfast was with very limited options restricted to Veg only. However, the available food was not only fresh but was presented in the most hospitable way with very pleasant behaved staff members.

The rooms were amazing. The decor was fantastic and hotel was beautiful with all the modern amenities. The night manager was very soft spoken and nice.... Overall wonderful experience

Just, was expecting a mini refrigerator in the room, & the restaurant services to be open, at least till midnight ! Rest, it was the best !

Places to stay in Jammu are a little more expensive but this place is worth the extra rupees. Huge room, super super clean, huge tv and full channels including English films etc. Kettle on room and loads of tea. Heaps of complimentary bisleri water, quiet, double glazed, no Street noise, dark room so great sleep, very good air con. Hot shower, huge bathroom, very polite staff. Bloom is reall hit the mark. Breakfast options very good value and tasty. Warm and Helpful Staff Mohammedan tea stall opposite is wonderful chai Turn left and got to the dhaba on the corner, I think called Regency maybe; amazing malai chicken skewers, the best khadai we ate in months and very cool owners and staff. Wifi very good.

Staff was bit wierd sometimes in terms of responding to requests, they would say a straight no ..or i dont know without checking . Delayed room service had to call multiple times for same issue .
