this is by far the best accommodation in india we've ever experienced within a budget. outstanding in every detail and aspect: squicky cleanliness, friendly owner (ralph, nandi so much!), location (in a quite area of fort cochin, walking distance to santa cruz, st francis etc.), facilities. i would give 11 out of 10 if possible...

This homestay is very close to the beach, the charming cafes, and many top tourist sights. Safe residential area which is well lit at night. The room itself was spacious, with a desk, cupboard, and room for my yoga mat. Large bathroom as well with ample hot water. Everything was clean and spotless. Quiet at night. All of it very well cared for by the hosts, who were very helpful in arranging my taxis - even at 2:30am for an early flight.

There’s nothing to dislike.

Everything. It’s the cleanest place we have stayed in the time we have been traveling India. The location is fab it’s near everything. The owner is very helpful. WiFi good. Excellent value for money.

Excellent stay in Kochi. Very clean place, located in a small lane which made the stay extremely peaceful. Ralph, the owner, has been extremely helpful for any request. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice and friendly host. Good apartment house, possibility to use modern kitchen and living room. Privacy and quiet place to stay. Walkable distance from Historical part of Fort Kochi. Highly recommendable.

Rules of the house a little strict for my liking, would liked to be able to stay out later in the evenings (My partner and I live in Spain so we are used to later dinners e.g. 21:30-22:30).

Overall the place was fantastic, extremely clean and comfortable! Everytjing worked well and we had access to a kitchen if we wanted. Location is great, quiet neighborhood and very easy to get around with shops and restaurants nearby (great recommendation from the host - Kaasa Kitchen).

Excellent host and hospitality. Ralph was incredibly helpful. Calm atmosphere, great breakfast, powerful fan, spacious, good location. Lovely common areas. Ralph easily arranges different activities and helps with planning future trips.

Room well located, clean and quiet, so all you need is there. Kitchen is available if you want to make your own food. Staff super friendly and happy to help. Definitely good place to stay

The stay was awesome here. Ralph sir was so helpful. He also managed a car for us to Allepey Backwater. Best thing was the cleanliness maintained and great ambience.

There was a gap in the wall between two different guest rooms, which made it noisy at times. I don't understand why that opening is there.

Low water pressure in the water. No. Hot shower.

The staff was kind. The room is large and clean. Simple cooking is possible in the kitchen (noodle soup = ramen, etc.). The bathroom is clean.
