Convenient location near central railway station. Welcoming host and staff. Complimentary water given and room boys were excellent at meeting our needs. We only stayed 6 hours in between trains but it was a good place to rest and freshen up.

All the staff in the hotel were very good at behaviour and communicated properly to deal with customers and also especially front office staff Jayasree,who is very helpful. Walkable distance to central railway station,Metro , shopping etc.

Overall it is good for the budget Ac accommodation,The room and bathroom are very neat and clean ,24×7 hot water is available.

Booking a cheap hotel near a main station can be a gamble. This time I hit the jackpot. The hotel is very close to central train station and metro, so it is very convenient for getting to the airport too. The room was large, clean and comfortable plus it had every facility you could want including strong WiFi and unlimited hot water. It was the staff, however, that made this hotel special. Every member of staff genuinely wanted to ensure that their customers have the best stay. Putting all this together means that this hotel offers outstanding value too. I highly recommend this budget friendly hotel.

Their friendly attitude made a positive difference during my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. Pathway to rooms is a bit narrow. Washroom is little small. Old built building.

This hotel is In front of mgr central railway backside gate. Though location is in conjusted area. Behaviour and dealing of Receptionist Jayashree was exceptionally good. Easy access to public transport. Bus no. 2A stops just 20 steps away. Easy to go any where.

Their internet speed should have been much faster but it was still reasonably good.

This is a normal budget hotel (inn) with all basic facilities. But the rooms and bathroom was extremely clean like you will find in your home. The AC was working good, 24x7 hot water facility reasonably okay internet speed. But their staffs were exceptionally trained well and they were very good and punctual on service. The lady at the front desk (Jayshree) was very friendly, professional, polite and always ready to help you. She speaks very good English communication and much better customer service than many 3 star front desk staffs..I recommend this hotel for budget travel with extremely clean room, bathroom and good housekeeping service..

In the hotel, nothing. The neighboorhood, near the railways parcels office is encumbered with delivery trucks. The sidewalks are, like everywhere in India, broken down and somewhat dangerous for falls. This is not an area for shopping. But you have several decent restaurants for local people, which are good and reasonably priced.

Can get a bit noisy from the street as well as from the hallway. The hotel itself is a good walk away from the central and the street is full of parcel companies and hardworking men. I walked alone up & down that road just after dark and then early in the morning. Nothing bad happened, but the vibe could be weird. I felt curiously stared at but safe 🤣

Staff were nice, experienced and spoke English well. Room was clean and comfortable enough the area and price range. Everything in the room and bathroom was functioning, even the TV 😅

Friendly reception staff. Clean spotless room and bathroom. Perfect price. I needed to stay in Chennai for a night before travelling so it was ideal. The building is near the central station on a hectic road but the room was totally quiet. This is a place to crash for the evening.

Difficulty in booking a cab from the hotel. Can't pinpoint the location for cabs and rides even if we manually enter the location.
