I liked everything about the place. No complaints. There's a shipyard a little ways away from the property, for us it just added to the uniqueness of the place.

The walkways are not very easy. Tiresome and difficult for challenged/older people. No alternatives available. Taxis won't come inside the property. so have to walk quite a bit /climb multiple stairs. Put in an alternative and it should work

Check-in process could be better and efficient with the paperwork and pictures and all. They could also share more details on amenities available at the time of check-in. Food options at the restaurant are limited, especially if you have food allergies and you prefer dairy-free or gluten-free. And the restaurant hours and menu is limited and there aren't many places nearby where you can grab a quick bite.

Gorgeous place, exceeded my expectations - ocean view, ocean access, greenery, privacy. Staff were accommodating and usually stays out of your way unless you request something. Pools were great as well. Overall, a great place to relax in Kovalam.

It’s a shame the hotel only caters for vegetarians - the a la carte menu looked really good but wasn’t available. The eco-friendly ethos of the resort is really nice, but having some cold drinking water available would have been nice. Staff, apart from pool attendant, weren’t that helpful or friendly which might be nice if you want to be left alone for your retreat but we felt a bit ignored at times

Beautiful, large hotel in idyllic setting. The rooms were lovely and clean and very big with all the facilities you could need. The swimming pools and grounds are well maintained and it’s in a great location on the beach and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle of Lighthouse beach which is a 15 minute drive away.

I could fault nothing.

I loved everything about this retreat. The setting was incredibly relaxing, with stunning gardens, two pools, a private beach, and a wonderful room. The staff were always smiling apart from the reception staff. Excellent laundry service at a reasonable price was offered. Restaurant meals and the dining room setting were fabulous. Massage services out of this world.

really, not a thing. my only regret is not having been able to stay longer and take advantage of the ayurvedic treatments

food was soooooo good and nourishing. all organic and grown on site, including the eggs. delish! being by the ocean and soothing sound of surf also fabulous. and the staff to extra good care of me as i had brochitis.

I think it’s part recovering from the Covid lockdown that were nearly for 2 years. We saw some ants that was not very good. I also feel that it’s a bit over-priced. Finally, the taxi stand in front of the property has a few idiots specially the guy named Shiju. He took us to Kanyakumari and it was such a frustrating experience as he was rude and uncouth.

The people - starting from Frederict (Freddie) and it flows from the top. We could not engage with him but he came across as an exceptional human being. Krishna in the kitchen and the others too also took incredible care of our family. The house keeping ladies entertained my mother with local stories and blended with us. For my mother it was a refreshing change.
