Restaurant staff are bit slow in serving food

the location is really awesome but the approach road for the resort is very narrow and as lots of stones so you can experience a offroad. There is a inhouse Restaurant which is really good. Book superior room with a balcony.

Reaching resort from main road is very tough. Only single car can go on this side road. If opposite car comes then very difficult to give side. Road condition is not so good.

Staffs were supportive. Location is good and facilities in resort are quite good. Food also available on order. Food taste is very good. Complimentary breakfast is good.

The manager at property was trying to fool us by giving alternate room instead of the one I booked online. After confronting him with online booking photos, he switched our room to the actual. Other staff were very supportive and caring. Property has very bad pathway, muddy, stony and high curves. Avoid going on two wheeler or sedan type four wheeler. SUV or Micro suv with sufficient ground clearance will be okay, given that you drive uphill carefully. Diffculty in reaching hotel was still worth the view, price, proximity to city and comfort.

One could get amazing foggy view in morning & sparkling city view at night from the bed itself. Property also has nicely maintained cozy garden, bonfire and backside trekking fields to enjoy early morning walks around. Breakast was also tasty and fresh

The Entrance Road to the hotel. I will request them to repair it. It is very difficult even to enter the hotel by walk.

It was a great experience. Specially the location, food, views from hotel. Their staff like Ajay, Shankar and Rushtom took care of us on high priority. Thank you for the special treatment. The hotel is located on a prime location.

Road to reach the resorts is not up to mark. If some other vehicle comes from top it would very difficult to drive or get away. You need very good driving skills to reach the resort. No Wifi at all you hardly get any signal.

Location of the resort it situated on top of the hill. Great view of the city and hills. You feel like you're in hands of nature. The room we got has a great view stayed here for 3 days food was good and nice staff!!

The quality of food as well as the service at the inhouse restaurant was the grey area. This requires drastic improvement to make the overall stay experience better

Hi, The property overall is fine and offers a good view of the town being situated on a hill top. Is located away from the main market rather a little much away due to being 1 km off the main road. The last about 100 mtrs of the road is what you can call a stony patch. Mr Shankar, the Manager was very helpful and attended to the requirements and grievances. The room was amply spacious for a nuclear family. Hot water supply was fine.

The worst thing about the resort was the way to reach. The roads are really bad and especially in rains very hard to go up. You cannot walk anyways. If you plan to take this resort, travel in a proper SUV or 4x4 which can maneuver these routes.

The resort is located on a good elevation, so if you take the room with a view, you will not be disappointed. The rooms do not have AC/heaters so, would not recommend when the weather is really chilly. The staff is courteous and responds quickly to calls. The food is good too, if you do not want to travel down again.

Very tough and broken approach road, Items mentioned in menu mostly were not available. Waiting time after order was very long, Guy Pradeep co operated good. Located in outskirts, Gyeser in the rooms were intermittent working. I have asked for room decoration on extra charges, same done nominally. Appreciate Cake was provided on time as was ordered while booking. Ambience was good.
