The only thing that would make it better if if we had planned to stay more days here - amazing property.

This was the best property we stayed at in our 2 week trip to South India. We were very well taken care of by Benesh, the villa is beautiful with a private pool, security, big private bedrooms with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, filtered water on tap, easy walk to the hotel for a delicious breakfast and close to everything. Benesh organised a free tuk tuk tour of Forte Kochi for us with amazing guides...which we could tailor to see what we wanted, but not what we didn't. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

The restaurant is a 10 minutes walk from the bungalow. Really not a problem

Great spot, each bedroom had an ensuite and lots of space. The kitchen was very well stocked. All of the staff were so helpful and so friendly.

A very spacious 3 bedroom villa, all with ensuites. Thoughtfully stocked. Great location. Lovely having a private pool. Breakfast was available at the Eight Bastion a 5-10 minutes walk.fantastic staff where nothing was too much trouble.

This property was magical. Perfect for us. The space, the bright, airy spotlessly clean rooms. Most of all Cherian. Always smiling and there with whatever you need before you can even ask. Things were a little complicated because of the carnival with movements restricted and so on. But Cherian found us a way. Thank you Cherian.

Staff were very helpful. Pool was very clean and fun to play in. Watching the peacock was a bonus. Cherian the house keeper keeps the house very clean and well stocked.

Excellent property. Very quiet and relaxing. Ideal for a family getaway. Walking distance from the heritage district. The ‘cherry on the cake’ was Mr Cherian, the caretaker, who went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Very friendly staff.

pools attached to the villas could have been a bit more cleaner

the ambience, the greenery, the tidiness of the place and the amenities and above all the staff who are friendly and very helpful. it felt like home away from home sans the daily rush and the work stress. I would like to extend my heart felt thanks to Mr. Cherian and his team for going out of the way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

A wee bit pricey...but I guess that's fine if you have the time to enjoy all the amenities that are on offer.

Awesome hospitality. Cherian was a great host. Did not lack anything that we wanted. Always available for any requests. Besides, the property was private and secluded and extremely well appointed.

The property facilities are a bit dated for the price you pay. Needs a bit more invested to justify the price. The space itself is excellent and the art deco design is very pleasing.

Great breakfast at 8 bastion, the sister property. The host Cherian was excellent and very responsive. The private pool is a true luxury.

The TV could be made a smart TV. Also there is a suggestion to make the pool heated. The spread of the breakfast should be added with little more local cuisines.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The manager was very prompt in replies and was very helpful. They kept us informed well about the crowds for the new year party in the Fort Kochi festival and gave us good information . The kitchen was well stocked up and it was well maintained. The pool was clean and it was cleaned regularly. There was a surprise visitor in the morning in the form of a peacock

The third room is tiny and it has no balcony as compared to the other two which are large and spacious with large balconies . Not good if there are three separate families sharing the property. The attached toilet in the third ground-floor basement did not have an exhaust fan. No fire extinguisher location or fire escape plan shared with us. No room service. No in-house chef to serve breakfast(although the PDF flyer shared with us after booking said that they had one). Breakfast was served at “Eighth Bastion” a sister property that involved a fairly long walk on a main road which has rash drivers and no pedestrian walkway.
