they over charged me for the early check in i paid 500 and also i was in a hurry to airport i asked him to book taxi for me he argued with the taxi driver for the over payment of 200 rs as a result i missed the flight and re book the flight i lost around 13 k because of the person who booked the ticket for me it is worst experience to stay in the hotel

Parking for the car is a big problem

It was a very clean room and staff was very cooperative and nice. The best was the church was nearby to go and prayer. And within 20 minutes you can reach the airport and walkable to Guindy metro 🚇 station

Not having any proper respect from staff.. They asked additional amount than the booking as I came early for check in. Not having facilities for the money I given. Total 2500/- I given. Ac not working proper, no WiFi, room also not cleared.. dust on chairs , bad smell in room. Good thing is they given bed .

There is nothing positive for this property. Mosquito infested, no proper transport communication to city. Room boys are utterly reluctant to provide services and no laundry facilities. The property is located in a small congested lane. This is just an extension of OYO

My crocs sandal got stolen by the guest house staff

Very bad owner and staff. I had gone to Chennai for an event and had reached the hotel by 12pm. However my room wasn't vacated so the owner gave me another room to freshen up and said the even if I have to go for the event I can carry on and they will take care of my things and shift it to the room as soon as the other guest checks out. So I trusted them and left few clothes and my crocs sandal in the room and informed the owner and staff that I have left the clothes and sandal. As my event got over late I stayed over at the venue and returned next morning to collect my things and check out. They gave me the room key and when I entered the room I couldn't find my crocs sandal. That's the only pair of sandal I was carrying. I told the staff at reception and he said that no one has taken it. Then how can it disappear. He made me chk the previous room and called the cleaner and he also says that he has not seen it. So I couldn't find it and they were blunt in saying that the sandal was not there only. The sandal cost was 4,200 and during check out I wanted to talk to the owner as I trusted the hotel with my belongings but my things still got stolen. However the owner had already put his calls on forward mode and never bothered to attend my calls or reply to my message. It's been more than a week and i am writing this so that you can be cautioned and dont leave anything in the trust of the guest house. You might never get it back.

We booked 2 rooms 1week prior. When we reached the Chennai city & near by hotel, we got a call from the hotel in the same day morning saying "room-booking cancelled also ACs are not working, No water. AC repair will be done by evening. So, better you go for a different hotel". This is very bad to say in the last moment which affected our schedule/plan. rooms & surroundings are also not clean/neat/hygienic. We felt not worthy of that prices & stay totally.
