Amazing, quiet property located in a busy, central part of the city. Good proximity to site seeing destinations. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful, and food is simple/ healthy. A good balance of comfort and budget.

Some of the rooms are internal- so not every room has an outward facing window.

Lovely vintage hotel at a reasonable rate, friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast and evening entertainment.

I love everything they have in the place.. Everything the hotel gives you is exceeding 'value for money'. It is a place you should experience.

This place is one of experiences of a life time. It offeres you a genuine classical Indian hospitality and great place to stay in Jaipur. Most worth value for money. I hope they keep their price range for a long time as it will allow people like me to be able to experience a true, classical, high-end experience of India without having to go to the Taj.. This is a mini version of the Taj to my experiences. Thank you for being here in Jaipur to add charm and even add more legacy to Jaipur. The building is great. The room is magic. The service is supreme. The food is excellent. Nothing is less. Thank you for being my comfortable dreamed palace for many days during my experience of great kingdom of India.. Namaste 🙏🏻

The location is a bit ugly, but is not far from the Old City where all the tourist attractions are located and is also very close to the train station.

Stayed here for 3 nights based on the recommendation of a friend. Good hotel, everything worked, staff were polite and helpful and the cafe was good, albeit a bit expensive. The hotel is only 10 mins by auto or car to the main railway station of Jaipur. The hotel gives an old world charm that I quite liked. All in all, it met expectations.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and had a pleasant experience. The property is a beautiful heritage building with a unique charm. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene were up to the mark. The staff was polite, helpful, and made our stay comfortable. The pricing was reasonable considering the location and ambiance. Overall, a great place for a family stay!

Nothing. But next time, I would like to stay in a bigger room.

The hotel isn't a 5 star, but it feels like a 5-star hotel with a lot of character. It is beautiful, comfortable, and well taken care of. What else do you need? I love everything about this hotel, especially the lawn and the corridor facing the lawn. At night, in the lawn, they have live music. While I was there, I enjoyed a sitar play one night and a sarod play another night. Food is excellent. Breakfast was included in my plan, and it's like all you can eat. Wonderful selection of food with fresh fruits and juices. I loved it. For lunch and dinner, they have samples prepared. So you can actually see what you can get. Otherwise, Indian names of food are hard to imagine what you are going to get. My room was rather small but was very comfortable and well equipped. Normally, Indian hotels have many issues, such as a broken outlet, water leaks, bugs, no hot water, etc. Here, I did not find any issues at all but they exceeded my expectations. And if you have anything, they would take care of it immediately. Staff is very professional and friendly. There are tip-boxes for the staff here and there in the hotel so that you don't need to give tips to individuals each time. I really like this hotel. Just to stay at Arya Niwas, I would like to return to Jaipur again.

The coffee wasn't very good taste. They should have a more continental quality coffee for the amount of europeans that come. Perhaps change the ways they prepare eggs in the morning to have more variety?

Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and good service staff every day. Always kind.

However, the dinner didn't live up to the same standard—it was okay but lacking in flavor and variety.

I had a great stay at Arya Niwas. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of tasty options.

Our a/c unit leaked all night onto the floor. The bathroom was very small and absolutely boiling with terrible ventilation. The staff weren't that friendly or helpful.

This hotel is value for money, but it needs a bit of TLC. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is average, but the dinner options/rest of the food are terrible.
