My recent stay at Annie's Inn was nothing short of excellent, and I must highlight the incredible support I received from the owner Nixon Peters. The vibe at Annie's Inn made me feel welcomed. I wholeheartedly recommend Annie's Inn for anyone seeking not just comfort, but also the assurance of a owner that genuinely cares for its guests.

The communal kettle etc was good, but my preference is dedicated facilities in the room. Not a deal breaker at all!

The location close to the beach (20 minutes walk) is great. Also within half an hour walk of beautiful narrow streets, various restaurants and cafes as well as the estuary area.

There was a carnival going on the night of our stay. It was quite loud, but it was loud everywhere that night.

Excellent location close to everything. The property is beautiful. My room was spacious and quite clean. The food was home cooked and outstanding. There was also a kitchen we could use. We were able to keep drinks in the refrigerator. My hosts were friendly and helpful.

The room we booked was on the second floor, and two flights of stairs with your baggage are your only option - there is no elevator. This wasn't a problem at all for us (in fact they helped me with my bags, which was really sweet), but I don't recall it mentioned anywhere in the description. I think it should be indicated clearly, as this would definitely be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

Annie's Inn Homestay was very easy to locate using Google maps. It is in Fort Kochi, and under 2 kms away from most of the parts of Fort Kochi you're probably planning to visit as a tourist - this distance worked great for us because we visited around New Year's 2025 and the carnival meant the city was extremely congested and noisy (and frankly a little rowdy) in the evenings. But our stay was very comfortable, safe, with minimal disturbance. I also want to take a moment to appreciate the family that owns and manages the homestay - they were very helpful and communicative, without being invasive. We experienced unexpected weather (rains!) and poor connectivity during our travel in Kerala due to which we arrived really late at the property. I just let them know via a message, and they wished us a safe travel. No harassment or bombardments about paying before arrival - something we faced a lot of difficulty with our other bookings.

This was a beautiful guest house. The owner’s were very welcoming and very helpful in every way. The room was very clean and airy and there was a kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own food. It was a bit of a distance from the centre of Fort Cochin but an auto was not expensive.

The property is conveniently located in a green neighborhood with easy access to fort kochi. The owner Nixon is friendly and helpful in information for tourists. The room was clean and the AC worked perfectly, it gets hot during the day. I'd love to stay here again

There was only one towel and no toilet roll in the bathroom.

It was a last minute booking for us and locating the place was easy as it is right on the main road. The rooms are neat and clean and the whole place is quiet. Nixon, the host is warm and welcoming. Good value for money!
