1. Property is good for stay for 1-2 days at a stretch. For those who want to stay for longer duration say a week, a few more amenities would be nice: (1) A washing machine in the unit (there is one in the roof, but difficult to keep climbing up. (2) Maybe an RO unit. (3) Labeling of switches as to what is what.

Good property to live for a few days. Has all the amenities you need. Property is managed full time by Elango, who was very helpful and available over phone to give you what you need.

Nice facilities and service received. Good value for money apartment with two bedrooms, one hall, dining area and a kitchen. Basic vessels for cooking were provided, Fridge , chimney, coffee maker etc too were provided. The caretaker Elango was very supportive and friendly. There is facility for washing clothing as well if needed. Location is very near to Lulu mall Kochi and is inside a quite residential area.

I stayed in the single room apartment for a week and the overall experience was 10/10. The location was close to the Edapally junction. Easy access to restaurants around, Lulu Mall, etc... The rooms was really neat with all needed facilities provided (Good bed, iron, fridge, microwave, A/C, TV, common washing machine..). Special mention to Mr. Elango who is ever supporting and cooperative to the guest needs. My arrival was late night and he was there to handover the keys and help me settle in as well as provide tips about surrounding restaurants / shops, etc.. Would always consider Anchorage Flats in Kochi for stays.

Host and family was really nice; location , Apartment , Rooms everything was top notch; i would recommend this property to everyone ; its near lulu mall and metro; ilango was super helpful. Ilango explained everything .

We are from Bangalore. This is our 1st visit. We were 4 guests that included my mom and my son. We booked a two bedroom apartment for 5 nights. The location wasn’t difficult to find but the roads were narrow. It’s not only for this place but all around kerala itself the roads are all narrow expect for main roads. So we reached peacefully and the host Mr Jayakumar guided our routes and welcomed us. We were introduced to our caretaker Elogovan who was the best at our service. Kudos to him!!! Now about apartment, it’s regular house that has two rooms - clean with attached bathrooms, the mattress was soft and comfortable, these rooms had their individual Ac’s, the kitchen had few vessels, with gas, oven, fridge and kettle. On the terrace they have washing machine. We had comfortable and happy stay here. We even had requested extension for two more days and the host accommodated it. Mr Jayakumar and Mrs Soumya Jayakumar are one of the wonderful and genuine hosts that we have met in our travel diaries. Not to forget Mr Elogovan who was always available 24/7. WIFI was good and parking available. We usually ordered food from Swiggy and didn’t use much gas expect for coffee or tea. Once we faced some problem with DTH connected, they immediately changed it and also added one of tv channel without any complain as requested. That’s how they quickly fixed issues. They do also provide packaged water bottles, shampoo, soaps, coffee/tea/sugar sachets. Remember ppl, we also need to respect the host rules as this place is really quiet after 10pm. Lastly this place is near to many restaurants, malls (lulu), church’s, grocery shop, hospital etc. I had no complaints but Thank you for this memorable stay for my family!!!
