Some of the many examples: - upon arrival at 1pm we had to wait until 3 pm for checkin and then we still had to call for towels. - no bath mat - asked for additional duvet upon arrival- never received - called 15 min before check out if luggage could be picked up. Did not show untill I walked to reception and asked again. Pool. I was expecting a serene and quiet pool NOT! - very loud people and hotel music - pool water quality was bad (white and not clear)

SpainThe pool during the day had noisy music so we couldn’t relax not make work calls . The staff wanted to check the from when we left , the room was of course ok but I don’t like this practice . This was the one only hotel in our India trip that did this .

IndiaGenerally whenever you checkin to a premium hotel, they guide you to the room. It was a self checkin for us. The hotel was running at full occupancy, they weren’t able to handle it properly.

IndiaThe size of the room was small. I mean I paid around 16000 for a night stay which I felt was not worth it. I stayed back in many other good properties and the room size was quite big as compared to this room.

NetherlandsWe received one of the rooms about and hour late and were not even provided late checkout to compensate that. The born fire we requested and paid for did not do what it was supposed to do. We also asked for a surprise cake to put in one of the rooms but they did not put the cake prior to the check-in.
The breakfast was everything that we expected and the room sizes were also very good. The balcony and the sit out areas were nice and clean and the bathrooms were huge.

United KingdomIt get cold at night and the rooms are not equipped properly. Food wise, they don’t accommodate foreigners. It’s all Indian food with no other options which can prove to be difficult when travelling with children. On some days the place was packed we had wait for some time plus eat outside.
It’s pretty, great location 3 km from Pushkar, clean and accommodating.

IndiaTent room was not well packed even after doors closed. Extreme cold winds were coming inside the tent through out the night and it was very painful and annoying. The senior person at reception desk was not with a humble and welcoming attitude, may be due to hotel being fully occupied.
