Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaThe house keepings behaviour makes the entire hardwork and investment done by the management undone. You are at the mercy of the housekeeping staff for very small meniel things like coffee/tea or toiletories. This behaviour makes this place down graded into a lodge level. Services are good. If only this service is improved properly with broadmind , the stay of people can become further comfortable and you can become a 5 star grade hotel. This is the only department pulling it down.
Nice Heritage hotel. Good professional staff . Food items are exceptional. Taste and cleanliness is very good. Keep it up. Rooms are spacious. Conviniently located . Value for money luxury hotel. KEEP IT UP.

CanadaThe hotel desperately requires a face lift or renovation as it is looking worn and run down including ite rooms. I have very fond childhood memories of this hotel and truly wish that its current owners will restore it to its glory days. Really an amazing hotel that needs a renovation, that's all.
Loved the food, swimming pool and bar areas along with the amazing hotel staff service. The hotel is in a prime location.

IndiaThe food area had cockroaches. Brought it to the notice of the senior / chef staff there. He went to catch one with his bare hands but failed. Beyond that he did nothing. The coffee machine has not been serviced for many weeks, it appeared. The spout was spraying outside the cup, a nozzle problem. . The milk was splitting (getting spoiled). Again brought it to the knowledge of the chef but he did nothing except offer hand made filter coffee. The situation remained the same till we left at 9 am. A full hour ....and may be thereafter. All customer-facing staff behaved well in accordance with the Ambassador tradition. Edwin was excellent in his service. Suggestion: when a room is occupied by 2 people it will be nice if all toiletries are also doubled. Commonsense..I guess.

IndiaThere was no smart tv only a normal flat tv with cable connection with very less variety of Hindi and English channels. No locker was provided for valuables and it was suggested that you need to submit any valuables to the reception as they won't be responsible if anything is stolen from the room. There was a small black lizard in my room hiding in the curtains. Toilet seat was slightly higher for me and I had told reception no action was taken to help or change the room. Towels were old yet cleaned.
The hotel has rich heritage looks, hallways and alleyways has lots of paintings and showpieces which enriches the overall feel of the property. Swimming pool was bigger than similar properties, room had pool and city view, the window glasses were big, there was a small balcony as well. Staff was helpful and polite. There was a carpet as well near the table. Breakfast was awesome with good service from staff.
