I really liked the surroundings, balcony, location and the host family! Especially the convenient filtered water system was nice and the outdoor seating area. It would have been nice to have a tea kettle, a luggage stand, and a shelf in the bathroom for toileteries. Also having the outdoor furniture facing the plants and view instead of the wall :) Other than this everything was fabulous!

Clinton was very welcoming. The room is located next to a beautiful terrace with many plants, definitely the highlight of our stay! Centrally located in Fort Kochi. We were allowed to leave our bags with Clinton throughout the day after our check-out as we had a night bus and he even let us use the room again to go to the restroom. Thank you for a lovely stay in Kochi!

As a group of 5 we had the two rooms upstairs. Would recommend that for everyone as you get a private balcony with it.

Room was very small. Got over as soon as we entered. Open terrace with garden and seating area compensated for that. Beds were small too. Two can sleep comfortably. We were three of us. so slight discomfort was there. The cleanliness standards of the room compensated for the size of the beds. Cots were in elevated position and initially it looked a bit funny but we liked it coz we slept very close to the windows and was very breezy.

The room was very clean and well ventilated. Liked the open terrace garden just outside the room. There was a kitchen but we didn't use it. Bathroom was very clean and hot water was in plenty. I would say, cleanliness was in the US standards. At the time we went, Kerala was hot but this room was cool without A/C. Above all, the owner of the property was very friendly and helpful.

We were 4 people and the room has no A/C that's the only difficulty we had.

The amenities were reasonable and with a much affordable price and most of the places are in the immediate vicinity .

The location is really good and the size of the room is also appropriate and enough for 4 people. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He doesn't interfere and keeps the property really clean. Love my 2 days stay there!

The road was so narrow

Mr.Clinton was super friendly and so helpful, the room was spacious and clean..they maintained it so good !!! We had common kitchen and fridge..that too with a garden !! Really would recommend

the best place in India, very clean, very patient responsible and friendly owner, he stayed awak until 12:30 am to confirm a flight ticket for us and then got up at 2:30 again for our early check out, good location

All every thing was more than expectation as our first time home stay and we very much liked 100 % more better than our stay in any hotel. In terms of living comfort, roof sun pleasure in very greenery clean air environment, all time solar water available and good place for staying, nearer to main market and heart of fort city area

As a good gesture though not in my planned breakfast but owner was very nice and so polite that he offered us every morning very nice , tastier home made coffee. Indeed so kind of him.

Great value for money, excellent location with just a short walking distance to the beach to see the Chinese fishing nets, access the restaurants and boutiques. The owner was extremely accomodating as we arrived by train very early in the morning. He let us rest upstairs in the shared area and checked us in as soon as a room was available without any extra charge! Can not fault the service received here! Thank you for a warm, welcoming and homely stay!
