Bathroom needed better clean & waste bin not emptied from previous guest. Be sure to bring toilet paper as apparently not used by locals. Mattress rock hard & needs softer better quality mattress.

Quiet location & close to Lidder River & 3kms walk to Betaab Valley. All trekking routes remain closed to foreigners since 22 April incident. Guest House construction remains unfinished. No longer able to provide meals other than an Indian breakfast. Restaurants are 15’ walk.

I feel the property was not fully constructed and personally felt shady. The bathroom stank like anything, we had to hold our breath or cover our nose and mouth every time we had to use the bathroom. Even after spraying air fresher the stench lingered.

The owner of the property was extremely hospitable and attended to all our needs. The property was located amidst nature and felt good to just sit at the window and soak in the beauty. The complimentary breakfast which was served was delicious. The room had a heating bed which helped when the temperatures dropped in the night.

Guest house is undergoing renovation. Should be completed soonest possible to avoid teething troubles and small hardships to guests.

The homely behaviour and nature of guest house owner was very touching. Unlike other professional hotels, his advice to guest regarding things to do, local transporation, local dining options available etc. was most optimized and in the best interest of the guests. Very noble, humble & transperent attitude!

Rooms are quite compact but its okay. Not a big issue.

Homely cozy environment.we stayed as a family with my 4 yr old.You will feel homely. Owner is humble and very helpful. Bed is quite big size and electric blanket is also provided. Bathrooms are very big with heater and all the requirements. Breakfast was homely, yummy and the kahwa they offered was fantastic. Thank you.

I was there early April cold at night in room, but problem easy solved, get into bed, electric blanket on, good quilts, room service with good TV through my own amazon firestick, I was not a problem

Location and view, owner polite, not trying to push trips, owner will order you a lower price private taxi ( than the tourist taxi prices on Pahalgam) only if you ask him, wifi very good, I could run my amazon firestick and media apps of his WiFi, property has a generator to supplement electricity in power cuts. Big bathroom with hot water geezer ( boiler), food was good. Shops and restaurants 10 minute walk from guest house

It is at best scenic and quiet location, by the Lidder River with a view of snow clad mountains. It has nice lawn to sit and enjoy the nature. Away from busy market but still in easy reach. Very courteous owner, Mr. Muzffar. Really enjoyed the stay here. Would like to visit again.

Perhaps this was the end of the season or so and I may have missed these,but a room with a kettle in such cold conditions would be welcome. TVs are always welcome what with some entertainment needed in Pahalgam.A generic need I saw in all homestays in Kashmir was the lack of a room heater.With single digit temperatures in Celsius,this should be a must.Look forward to coming here again to see some improvements.

First off,Muzaffar who looks after the property is an absolute angel.Very well read,erudite and ethical,he went out of the way to make me comfortable from providing me hot water for drinking to getting me a hot water bag in the night for my shoulder;the gentleman is a shining beacon of Kashmiri hospitality. I had the pleasure of meeting his brother and father,who were very pleased by my presence at the end of the season. For solo travellers on a budget,this property works and with the work Muzaffar is putting in by installing a new floor,a restaurant,we can see more of this hospitality.

Power cuts was an issue due to the weather. It is about 3 kms from the main market, we had our taxi 24hrs with us, so commute wasn't an issue. Walking to the market and restaurants would otherwise be difficult.

It was a decent place to stay. They provided electric blankets which was very useful as the temperature was around 7 degrees. The owner was very helpful.

It is located in Ladipora which is a little bit far from the Pahalgam market but all tourist points/valleys are near by.

The location is just beside a large stream of river gushing from mountains. The host Muzaffar helped arrange the local taxi and pony at a very nominal rate for visiting points like Betab Valley, Aru Valley, Mini Switzerland which are near by; also home-cooked meals were too good. Some of the places were closed for tourists due to Amarnath Yatra but he ensured that we are not bored so he showed us some unexplored hidden places across the Lidder River which were equally beautiful as mini switzerland.

Approach road is not great So is wifi

A very friendly welcome. It's a standard home stay value for money. Food was good. Place is slightly isolated, with the stream near by. It is close to the bus stand. A garden is in the process of setting up so is the building itself. People who understand home stays should be happy. Room was comfortable not luxurious. It was functional and had a electric blanket. Generator facility and hot water is available all the time but wifi is fluctuating
