The services and hospitality here far exceed those of a typical 3-star or 4-star hotel. I can bet you won’t find such classy, premium services anywhere else in a homestay. The host's sweet gestures make the experience even better, offering far more than what you see in the images. This place is perfect if you are a family or a teenage group you won’t need to bring anything with you, as all amenities and everything needed to enjoy your stay are provided at the same price. As mentioned above, everything was perfect, there was nothing at fault.

I think I liked everything about the property. There was nothing that should be criticized. TBH, the property offered more amenities than advertised in the pictures. Most importantly, my family was happily occupied with the fun activities Chitvan (host) had organized. The nighttime lighting created a delightful ambience. The property was impeccably clean, with 4-5 helpers assigned to various tasks, from janitorial duties to dusting. Overall, it was a value for money experience!

Chitvan was a wonderful host and did everything he could to make our stay a pleasure. The bed provided was VERY comfy (after a recent upgrade). Everything was spotlessly clean. Chitvan even provided purchasable snacks which was incredibly convenient and yummy. Our inconvenient departure time of 05:00 was accommodated for. To top it all we left a hairbrush, which he promptly posted to us. An exemplary host. The location is in the heart of Mathura and close to special temples. You couldn't ask for more from a very special air bnb.

Nothing, I loved the property

The location is a 10 star. It’s bang opposite janmbhumi template and also all the nice food places are less than 2-5 mins walk. The entire shopping street is also infront of the gate. Janmbhoomi temple is just 2 mins walk. The place is like our own home. It’s very very peaceful. I would highly recommend this place.

1. Small claustrophobic washroom 2. Fan speed cannot be changed in one of the rooms 3. Pillows are quite small and don't provide adequate neck support for sound sleep 4. Asked for some money in advance. I have never had such experience in the past 5. Unhygienic - there were ants 6. there were Mosquitos in the room

They charged extra for heater, bathroom was far far away from the room, specially in winters, it was not very nice. There were no other guests, I requested for a little extension for the checkout time, I was given a strange response that police come and check because of 26th January, so they can’t extend it …. Traveling all over the world for so many years, but never heard such a reason…..otherwise it was ok.

Location and it was very clean and easy check in. The guy helped with the parking too.
