Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomKey card was deactivated although I had requested for one hour late check out. Upon request for access, card didn't work twice and I had to go to reception to get the card activated. Apart from this, everything was smooth and excellent.
The service was excellent. Associates were friendly. Assistant Restaurant Manager went out of the way to assist me. Security Supervisor who is in the morning shift was really friendly and helpful.

IndiaVery close to airport. Good location. Very reasonable rate. Breakfast is good. It doesn't have millions of choices but I'm sure food is more than enough to be full. They can prepare you any omelet or egg. Staff is kind amd respectful. Just 3 mins walking, so many shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc are located. In conclusion, I would book it again if I want to stay closer to airport or Yashaboomi exhibition hall. What you get it definitely worth on what you pay in this hotel. I'm happy. Thank you, staff

This property is the biggest load of lies It’s add suggests near Aeroporto which is a modern new district near the airport but in fact this is a faraway area- down varies alley ways, disinterested staff, the photos of the rooms are all fake and bookings.com allows them to keep doing this. Grubby, grotty, noisy, good thing I was tired and new I was leaving in morning, no restaurant, no mention of food or delivery system. The photo in cover pic has been jazzed up by some media work as it looks more incomplete and dusty and uninviting.

MalaysiaThe picture shown is not the same at all! Hotel doesnt reply properly to message on booking/ personal msg/ whatsapp (they reply with automated answers regardless of the question). They offered pickup to airport but charged more than double of actual cost. About the cleanliness, i just let it pass although it was dirty. My family and small kid were so tired we needed to lie down anyway, luckily we have a piece of blanket to cover the dirty matress.
