Location is far from city and hotel is located close to lake but there is no beach or place with access to the water.

Property can use a fresh job of paint and a little improvement of old bathroom facilities.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was good. The location and boating options and view from lakeside cottages was brilliant! They even had flag hoisting on Independence day abd asked my dad to unfurl the flag. Thank you!

I stayed with my family including parents , in laws and 2 children . It’s clean , quiet, peaceful and perfect for families. The facility has a great view of the waterfront . The staff was very friendly , cooperative and considerate to our needs. A great thumbs up to the security manager - Anthony Shaji , the general manager - Jibi , the reception staff , housekeeping staff and restaurant staff . Thank you for making our stay memorable .

The bathroom facility wasn’t the best, net instead of flat roof meant that during this rainy season, rain dripped into the bathroom creating an uneasy environment

Swimming pool had zero visibility under the water….too much chlorine…. People were not following proper dress code in pool…. No pool attendant Also the bed condition was bad… linen were not cleaned properly…. There were too many ants inside the room…. The bathtub was broken

While Abad Whispering Palms boasts a potentially attractive location in Kumarakom, the facilities and service fell short of expectations. The recreational amenities like the pool table,carom board,table tennis were in poor condition and showed significant wear. We also experienced issues with basic amenities in our room; toiletries were missing upon arrival and had to be requested repeatedly, as did towels. This lack of attention to detail impacted the comfort and convenience of our stay. For the price point, I expected a higher standard of maintenance and more proactive service.

The location was great. Breakfast was delicious. Ideal for a family weekend getaway.

A hotel full of smiles and charm. Perfect for our 2 days visit to the backwaters. Lovely a spacious. Great pool and fantastic buffet breakfast and dinner where we sampled so many different Kerelan dishes.

It was alittle isolated. They had bikes that you could use but they wouldn't be able to take them out of the facility. They said to many cars. We walked the road and no cars were out.
