Location. I didn’t feel that safe at night walking to my room. The trim was great but when people were in the room next door it was really noisy and it felt they were in my room.

The location is really good, behind the lighthouse on the light house road, 5 min walk to two beaches. Extremely close to the beach and decent restaurants and Kovalam beach yet nicely tucked away from the touristy lanes and traffic of Kovalam beach. The rooms were neat and well maintained and looked after by Mr. Babu who was extremely pro-active, attentive, responsible and responsive, courteous and helpful with any information/assistance we required. The services, location and basic amenities are a real value for money.

Nothing.... everything was perfect

We could hear the waves in the night while having dinner sitting outside. Mr Babu took very good care of us. Anything we ask he was able to deliver. I would definitely recommend this place. Mr Santosh made sure that we were served delicious breakfast. Hearing the peacock early morning made my day.

The hotel is not well advertised from the street. you need someone to meet you otherwise is not easily traceable. the keys were not working properly, they need to change or adjust them.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The position is good, you can walk to the beach and the shops in five minutes.

A lovely spacious apartment with views of the Arabian Sea from the balcony. The caretaker, Mr Ghopal was a lovely gentleman, who looked after us so well. He provided a lovely breakfast to us each morning.

We loved the location of this comfortable room and the view of the sea from our terrace. Babu the caretaker was so helpful and kind. He really went above and beyond. This stay came towards the end of a 3 week trip to Kerala and this accomodation was better than some much more expensive hotels we had stayed in. Thank you Babu for all your kindness.

It would be very useful to have side cupboards by the bed, as everything for the night had to be on the floor. A fridge would also be a great addition. Please could the outside where the seating is, be finished as just concrete. Maybe some tiles like the side entrance and some plants. There is no shade when sitting on the terrace it gets very hot.

Lovely clean property with sea view from the outside terrace, even on the ground floor. Spacious room with tea and coffee facility. Hot water as you need it and wonderful Babu always on hand to offer assistance, he even went to get antibiotics for my friends chest infection. Babu certainly went above and beyond, exceptional service.

Don't go to this place, long steep open air staircase, highly risky to stay. No food, no restaurant, only zomato service. I regret booking there, though I refused to stay while reached. Made alternate arrangement at 3X high fancy price, as my family members were senior citizens. Don't ever think to stay here.

Very quiet location only 5 mins walk from the noise and bustle of the beachfront. (NB: the location map shown on booking.com is not accurate - the villa is located 50m before the lighthouse entry) Very large spacious room with dining and sitting areas. Lovely beach views from the room and balcony which also has a sitting area to catch the cool sea breeze. Breakfast was omelet and jam&butter and tea/coffee delivered with a smile. The best part of our stay was our English/Italian speaking host Babu who made our stay very comfortable and homely. We originally booked 2 nights but stayed 4 because we felt so welcomed. He checked in with us a few times a day to ensure we were happy. He helped us with a good priced full day tour to Kanyakumari - which we thoroughly enjoyed - and a driver back to Triv. He was there to answer any questions and became a friend. Thank you for looking after us Babu.
