Staff was not properly managed, Location is very far away from Ooty Main city which resort doesn't provide to the customer. Geyser was not properly functional... It's really much expensive as per the tariff

Best location, looking upon the emerald lake ( dired up in summer). The best you can get. 30 mins drive from Ooty. Nearest eatery are just few bakeries and a small restaurant in Pallada town on the way to Ooty

The hotel asked 50% advance even I booked on the condition of "payment at hotel". I paid advance as hotel staff told me to cancel the booking if I don't pay the advance. On the day of check-in, other hotel staff called to me and asked the confirmation whether I'm coming or not even I paid advance.

1. The major problem was with the manager of the property. This guy lacked communication skills and was difficult to work with. He wasted our 1 night meal plan completely. 2. The cleanliness of the kitchen is quite low. 3. Simple meal coordination became hectic during the stay. 4. Walls were strained and geyser worked during specific time slots only.

The location and views were good. Staff behaviour and efficiency was good but frontline management was poor.

The room smells like gutter and the bedsheets had so many stains.I was so disappointed and had to buy an agarbathy to make room smell good.Also the bedsheets and the pillow cover had yellow and brown stains and was smelly.Also they charge extra for fire camp and has zero activities to do which made us bored.

The view and the atmosphere is good.The place is beautiful and has potential.
