Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Rooms need to be maintained a bit more nicely, Repairs has to be made to the rooms as rooms are having a big odd smell and water leaking problems, Breakfast could be served a bit earlier as we went for work purpose we have to leave early and breakfast was served at 8.30 am that was odd timing for us, swimming pool water should be maintained and pool water should be a little cleaner.
The staff was very good and helpful, The property was in a good centre of the town so it was good and could travel by metro as metro station is at walking distance. As we booked for 5 nights and only could stay 3 nights cause of an emergency.

We arrived about 14:00hrs and the rooms were not ready they kept us waiting about 3hrs And gave us two rooms and the other rooms were given @20:00hrs!!! The staff and the owner were running here and there without telling us anything we were very tired after traveling a long distance and they not even offer us a glass of water, very inefficient people very dirty they are expanding the hotel and everywhere dust and rubbish in the corridors. We wanted to do a city tour and the owner wanted to have an advance of INR.1000 the total price for a 7 seater vehicle he told INR.3000 and the vehicle owner has got only 2000 and the 1000 he has taken as commission!! We are very disappointed about this hotel we don't want to recommend to anyone

They have the best front office staff and caretakers - Excellent customer service! Perfectly cleaned interior, and all essential facilities. Value for money under afforbadable rates! And, they really provide delicious breakfast as well. 100% recommended.

We recently stayed at #4 Resort for a family trip and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay extra comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety that suited both kids and adults. What stood out the most was how safe and family-friendly the environment was — we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. THERE ARE BLACK TOXIC MOULDS EVERYWHERE - their curtains bed rest literally everywhere idk how can a hotel not wash their curtains - out of no where the room floor has small water puddles - you can smell heavy chlorine everywhere even in the water you take shower from and wash your face from - if the pool water had chlorine I understand but the fugging face washing water or showering water nah bro - and the staff was not that help full - it’s such a beautiful place of maintained right MOULD are everywhere.

I had a great stay at #4 Resort. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the resort is located in a convenient and peaceful area.
