The stay was absolutely awesome! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Santosh Chavan, the caretaker, who was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed. Also, a big shoutout to Preeti for being incredibly cooperative, professional, and warm. She made the check-in process super smooth and was always ready to assist with a smile. Her friendly attitude and helpful nature truly added to the positive experience. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended and would definitely love to visit again!

The property is located in a gated community, nestled amidst regular apartment houses meant for households. The road that leads to the property from the main road is in pathetic condition. The surroundings of the property are very modest. The apartment inside is comfortable.

There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like for our just single night stay (10 hours stay), however few things might be of concern to some: > Location: A bit outside the city, but if you are with your own car, this wouldn't bother much. > Balconies: Balconies are occupied with cleaning items / tanks, could be made little cleaner. Maybe can request host if you intend to use balconies in prior, as they might need some cleaning. > Living Room: Living room has single chair for seating, but a extra mattress was kept as an alternative I guess. We didn't use the living room much for the night, so not a concern for us, and neither was part of our expectations, but if you may use it, then can ask for some temp help/arrangements from host, they might help in the case. > Lift for 1st Floor: The flat is on first floor, but there isn't a lift stop at 1st floor, so you may need to step down from 2nd floor in case not comfortable climbing the stairs to 1st floor.

Pointing out few (among many) good things about the property: > Good Owners/Host and Care Taker(s) to had you over the keys and manage the property > Spacious 3 BHK Flat: 2 AC Rooms & 1 Non AC, Living Room with TV & Aesthetic Lighting, Kitchen with Induction, Kettle, Fridge and a few Utensils > Clean house and equally clean and amazing washrooms > Wardrobes with hangers provided > Clean Beds, Bedsheets and Pillow, even some towels were provided for use > Food Delivery Services (Zomato/Swiggy) delver at the location (Instamart/Blinkit/Zepto doesn't as of now) Overall an amazing private stay, alike one's own home. (It quite resembled ours)

Lift does not work to this floor. Though it was first floor, we had a lot of luggage and old people Kitchen was not very clean. Balconys were very dirty Apartment complex exteriors are not in good condition. but this was not a problem for us since we mainly stayed in the night at the property.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms had modern interiors and fittings. AC in both the bedrooms worked well as mentioned Insta Geyser, clean bedrooms

Nice property with 3 good sized bedrooms,2 bathrooms. Had wifi too. Location is close to train station. The check in process was smooth. Kitchen had a small induction stove, kettle n coffee. Utensils were limited but good for our needs.It was a perfect place for our one night stay in Aurangabad. Would recommend .

A 3BHK in a city with all facilities and a gated community at an affordable cost. The owner and care taker were polite and guided properly.The property is very spacious and perfect for a family of 6. 02 of 03 bedroooms had AC and in kitchen, a refridgerator, electric kettle and an induction cooker. There is ample space for parking your car

Only missing thing was microwave oven which actually didn't bother us much.

The flat is big and well furnished with all the basic facilities needed like big size beds, AC, Fridge etc. Toilets were clean and tidy, even kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking like cups, glasses and vessels, induction gas and kettle. It gave proper homely feeling.

As I said it’s a comfortable property, one negative thing is, the wash rooms are not attached to the bed rooms, not even to a bedroom.

It’s a beautiful and comfortable property in prime location in a very reasonable price. We stayed there for 2 days and we cooked our food as the property got full equipped kitchen. 3 couples can stay there even with children.

Mattresses was a bit hard for me as I prefer softer mattress. But some people might prefer a firm mattress.

This property is located in a peaceful locality with ample parking space. Though the building looks old from outside, the flat is completely renovated from inside (bathrooms needs special mention). Bedsheets, pillows & quilt were very clean. Kitchen has a hot plate with basic utensils and some complimentary stuff to make tea/coffee. I had a peaceful sleep :)
