We loved everything about the property highly exceptional hotel, exceptional service, exceptional accommodation, hospitality, service customer service house keeping this is a top-notch hotel that provides excellent accommodation and service. Highly recommended if you can afford it. a little more pricier than the other hotels but certainly worth it. This is our second round.

The only thing was the view from my room because there were huge works but it obviously does not depend on the hotel. However the reception manager has immediately proposed us to change for the other side, very efficient team, thank you once again

Breakfast could me better - was still good, but did have better. However, worth mentioning it was Saturday and the hotel is religious so may be better on normal days

I am dairy and gluten intolerant and they could not do enough to accommodate me. I had a friend meeting me there for tea on her birthday and they very kindly made a plate with cake and happy birthday and all sang to her. I loved my stay as the staff were so helpful

It was super clean, very well maintained. The pool was great and my son really enjoyed it. Great breakfast! Also, the location was awesome- less than 2m walk to the Mamila. We’ll come back :)

Your web site was tricky It says large double bed But it’s not TWO separate mattresses So I paid for a room with a balcony But got a twin bed without a balcony
