Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The rooms were bigger than we expected as well as being clean and comfortable. We each had two pillows (which is surprisingly uncommon!). The location is very central while still being quiet.

United StatesThe building is setback from the street without obvious signage. Very easy to walk passed. This is another of the emerging staffless, contactless hotels; checkin/checkout on your phone. Probably makes for a cheaper night's stay, but no opportunity to ask a question or get a snack.
Decent location a block from Jaffa Rd. Not much around the hotel itself, but not really a problem. Good access via public transit; bus or light rail. Room was clean and comfortable, the checkin information (door codes and wireless were fine. Fantastic shower (don't underestimate that when it's north of 90 degrees f - 35 c.

I was allowed to enter the room early and also store my bags as I explored the city and left in the evening. I would love a chance to stay there again! I loved, loved the property and the staff. GermanyRooms away from the open balconies are better. Some people slam their doors and talk loudly and it can be disturbing. Overall, the hotel is quiet and you don't get much noise even though you're in the center.
Excellent location. Friendly and east check-in. Spacious room. Great price for what you get. Highly recommended if you need a place to stop over in the very center of Jerusalem.

IsraelAn absolutely amazing stay with exceptional service. The room was clean, everything necessary (a kettle, cups, shampoo and shower gel) was present. The hotel let us make an early check in. When we asked to leave our stuff after check out they had a special room for that purpose. We had a room with a balcony, it was tranquil and spacious.
