pool was very busy on weekend and couldn't get a seat on Saturday so had to go out during the day, Needed to iron clothes for a wedding and the iron was absolute rubbish as was the ironing board, in fact the first iron we had leaked everywhere and tripped the power so we had to wait for maintenance to come and switch the power back on which made us late for a dinner. There was no room service available.

Breakfast was great, good variety, tasty food, room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were good, food at the pool was also really nice.

There is a huge problem in Israel. Staff have not yet received proper training on cleaning/ hygiene. A hotel of this range should be spotless. The inside elevator was dirty ( corners, walls), the Terrace deck of the pool was not clean ( it should be constantly cleaned during the day), the carpet of the floors corridors full of hair, never hoovered. Please take examples from Dubai Hotel Standards, staff is always cleaning there are no static people vegetating around . Staff Training is lacking in Israel.

I liked the design of the hotel and the fact that it was modern and still a new construction building. Staff was friendly .

Breakfast staff were very efficient and were friendly. We felt that the reception staff could be warmer and more expressive although they were most helpful in storing our luggage in a hurry as we were late for a dinner booking elsewhere. It was a short notice booking about 8 hours before we checked in but I had mentioned that our stay was a last minute 40th wedding anniversary treat. Even 2 tiny chocolates in our room would have been some recognition of that. Hotel prices in Israel have gone up enormously in Israel. This is not specific to this hotel.

Lovely room and bathroom. The bed was particularly comfortable. The shower was great with a large shower head and steaming hot water on a very stormy cold and rainy day outside. The breakfast was excellent. Isrotel hotels always seem to have good food! Food was set out like at the larger hotels but more compact and tastefully done. Good hot cappuccinos served at the table. The chef was in and out of the kitchen bringing fresh replenishments to the buffet. There is a very tasteful bar and lounge area.
