Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelNothing, amazing place. 2 recommendations: ask not high floor as only 1 elevator and use stairs, come at 9.30 for breakfast as no many tables and then you can calmly seat and enjoy your company without people waiting for you to stand up

Great value for money and an absolutely delicious breakfast! They have generous wine and snacks every evening, too and a lovely rooftop to soak in the views over the city. Will definitely stay again on my next trip. Especially good as a solo traveller.

IsraelBreakfast price is significantly higher than advertised in Booking.com. Long wait for single elevator, and it has a tendency to get stuck and then fire brigade has to come and help... Room safe malfunctioning or stuck, in BOTH rooms. Basic room is so tiny there is no place for a bedside place for phone or eyeglasses. No vacancy in the miniature hotel parking and almost no parking in the area.
