We are sorry for the difficulties you had when coming to Jozefin. Jozefin is an anceint building from the times of the Crussaders and the Ottomans, recently renovated to include the most modern features. Among the modern features is an automatic system that allowes guests to enter the compund and the suites independently with codes sent by whatapp before arrival. This enables guest to arrive whenever it is convinient for them (24/7) with no need to coordinate the exact hour of their arrival with the hosts. SInce the system is automatic, as very commonly used today, payment cannot be made in person. All that is explained in the Terms and conditions of stay at Jozefin which are sent automatically when making the reservation. A guests can cancel his reservation with no charge until 7 days before arrival. We encourage our guests to read the terms and conditions carefully . As for the Wifi - we have, of course, wifi in the coumpund. Unfortunately, we cannot think of a way to supply Wifi in the street. Guests usually have a local wifi. We often helped turists we met in the streests that did not have a local Wifi, and helped them call whoever they wanted to. We speak English, Italian, French and Hebrew. Unfortunatelly, we do not speak Spanish. I agree that the communication with guests who do not speak any of these 4 language is harder., .
