How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very small, and too high window. No lamps beside beds No coffee grains and milk for the coffe machine

It is completely self check-in. Spacious room and also a shared kitchen with all the necessary stuffs. The room was clean. 10 min walk to the beach.

Couldn’t open door to room with code given but neighbor put another code for us and it opened.
Very clean and quiet. Nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

No staff. If you have got any questions there was no one to ask about. No place to leave luggage. But locatuon is amazing.
Location is amazing. But no staff inside the hostel. No place to leave your luggage. Value: location / money 9 points. Close to tramway stattion. few supermarkets around.

The room was very stuffy as there was only a tiny window. The use of air conditioning was necessary at all times.
Great location! We had room 5 which was very quiet and on the level floor. Easy check in and very responsive staff.

the hotel/hostel was really clean. However, they are only cleaning your room before your check-in. So even if you cleanest person ever, TLV is a beach city. So you are carrying with you some particules of sand. I think it is not just fair to ask additional charge for room cleaning. (addional towels/soaps/shampoo are free btw)
Hotel/Hostel is nearby the Jaffa Center and really close to metro(Salame Station). Also, there are several supermarkts nearby the are. The main kitchen was very big and have the all facilities you need. The owner was very friendly and helped us with every question of ours. Bed was quiet comfy. It was a 9/10 experiance for us. I recommend this facility

Room needs something where to hang your clothes.
Great location close to restaurants, the beach and the light rail. Clean renovated room and fully equipped kitchen for all guests.

Great location right in the heart of jaffo with the old city and beach in walking distance. Clean and modern facilities, large rooms, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen in the common area.

TV facilities, there is not a straight connection you have through app get netflix or TV programs
The place is very near of the flea market, alot of restaurants, pubs, the beach is less than 5 minutes, transportation facilities Less than 3 to 5 minutes. The hostel is very clean, and every thing is just right on time, no presence of staff is need, you just need codes that you get by mail. If you need something through what's app you get all the information.

They use rather strong detergent when cleaning the room, so at first the room had a rather chemical clean smell. But it went away rather quickly.
Great location, a lot of transport options and good restaurants. Super responsive staff, very smooth check in. The place is rather new and has everything you need for your stay.

no guest WC, this is a big problem by arrival and leave. WiFi is realy slow, instable and insecure. the password is 12345678 and absolutely not safe. there was no bath mat in restroom, i used a towel as this one

Towels were dirty with brown and I requested new towels but they never came . It was only one night so no big deal

We had to climb one set of stairs to reach our room, on 2nd floor, with luggage. No parking, but since we arrived late at night, we could stop the car in the street in front to unload our luggages. There was no reception at night.
The confort of a nice hotel room in a hostel. We got the detailed instructions to find and enter our room. Easiest check in and check out ever. Great air con, clean and confortable bed, good private bathroom, fridge. All we needed for a good rest.
