Beautiful hotel in a very strategic position, easy to find and very close to a lot of points of interests in Jerusalem by a 10 minutes walk. The view from my room was astounding, the service very friendly and polite, everything was perfect.

All the food was very good! We enjoyed eating at the Gloria Hotel. The Matradee is kind thoughtful and very helpful.

It’s a too expensive for the conditions in there, the furniture it’s kind of outdated, the bathroom is definitely outdated and needs renovation . Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, it’s a 3 stars hotel maximum 🥹

Hotel was located in old city (Christian quarter), easy to walk to main attractions. Helpful stuff, explained how to keep it safe while walking around Jerusalem. Nice clean air conditioned room

Absolutely stunning architectural and beautiful hotel! Just in awe at every corner and turn. The staff was so warm, and welcoming. Very exceptional kindness and accommodation. We will be traveling again to Israel next year for a longer time and will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast could have been better and rooms are a bit used but still a very comfy bed and everything clean. As we did know this before not a drawback for us and fully meeting our expectations 😊

The location is perfect for a trip to Jerusalem. There is a bar in the hotel and some nice restaurants close buy. For the old city a perfect place to start

The hotel was lovely, and located very conveniently in the old town, but also accessible to public transport and to West Jerusalem. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was quite good with sufficient variety.

Because I wanted to write a few words carefully, I didn't sit down to write an evaluation until today.First of all, breakfast is rich, varied and delicious. Croissants are delicious to bake. The key chef is also handsome.The hotel is located near Jaffa Gate in the old city, which is convenient for walking. There is a money exchange place on the left hand side of the hotel.As soon as I entered the hotel, there was an elegant atmosphere. The room is quiet, and the hygiene and cleaning are in place.Because of this, I love this beautiful city even more.

The breakfasts, presented in buffet style format, could be a little more varied but you certainly won’t go unsatisfied.

If you’re planning on touring the Old City, the convenient location of the hotel, very near the Jaffa Gate and the Tower of David, cannot be beaten. All the important features of the City are within easy walking distance. Also ideal for taxi drop off and collection. The staff are remarkably friendly and welcoming and the decorations very traditional and attractive.
