I would more than highly recommend a hand rail in the shower. This is not an essential only for the older or handicapped visitors. It is an essential security safety measure for all as an essential feature to prevent slipping or falling. Another recommendation is to shorten the tap over the wash basin. It is a very attractive feature but its length makes it difficult to wash one face without crashing into the tap

Was there on a weekend and, with all of the families, it felt a bit like the Catskill resorts of my childhood.

This property used to be a Club Med and it has all the facilities for outdoor and indoor activities. Great location for exploring Caesaria.

The carpet in the hallway was a sore eye, but it gave us and the children/grandchildren I showed it to, a good laugh. I think it would be a good idea to charge for children/grandchildren a bit less especially since they are the eaters at the pool. The taking of 800 shekels was a bit confusing when we checked out. Most hotels don't actually take money when you give them your card.

I enjoyed the pool and the service in the dairy restaurant was exceptional. I think the children's playroom was well-equipped The grind your own fresh coffee was a great idea.

There was a constant noise from the pool area from electronic music in the afternoon which meant closing the windows in order to enjoy quiet in the room. Also the cost for one night was ridiculously high, especially since it's winter and the pool is not in use. I felt that the experience didn't justify the price.

The room was lovely and big, and the large bathroom was clean and bright. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the gardens and the pool. We had dinner at night in the dining hall and it was good and plentiful. The non-dairy desserts were exceptionally delicious.

Nicely modernised since our last visit. Food and service excellent, nice clean room. The reception staff are first class, especially Omar. Pool area very nicely kept with plenty of loungers. Highly recommended, we will return.

No all inclusive. This would be nice. Dinner option is minimal and have to drive to get to a restaurant unless you want the dinning hall at 200 shel per person.

Price is quite steep and parking could be improved, but other than that we had a truly amazing stay. I did not like that there was no dinner on Saturday for religious reasons. That was unprofessional.

Breakfast was exceptional. The pool was wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lot's of fun things to do with kids. The rooms are wonderful. Overall a great stay.

Room maintenance and cleaning could be more meticulous. Noise from the corridor, especially from the cleaning staff in the morning Room service was lacking an appropriate trolly or tray,

Spaciouse room, excellent breakfast, beautiful gardens and excellent recreation facillities, the Thai restauant near the pool was very good - both the food and the service.
